Dianna was very hard working and really a big help when I need it . She is very nice person and hard working.
I have 2 storages at this location. I had direct deposit and also paid for the next month with a one time payment. For some reason my online payment was messed up. I spoke with customer service many times for hours and could not get it corrected. I scheduled an appointment with Dianna at the location. I was running late but she stayed and waited for me. I took her all proof of payments. She followed it through and got all of the late charges that were attached to the unit. Dianna was very professional and made sure she followed through to correct the situation.
Miss Dianna is THE BEST PUBLIC STORAGE MANAGER that I've EVER ENCOUNTERED! She's so personable and nice and helpful & is FAIR & RESPECTFUL...SHE does NOT TALK DOWN TO YOU LIKE SOME PUBLIC STORAGE MANAGERS that I've UNFORTUNATELY experienced & SO MANY OTHERS that I've spoken to AGREE WITH ME!!! She DEFINITELY DESERVES A RAISE AS SHE'S ALWAYS HARD AT WORK THERE, TRYIING TO IMPROVE the old dilapidated property...ESP. after the hurricane, poor thing ...PLEASE PUBLIC Storage hierarchy, HELP her budget to improve the place!!! But REALLY, she keeps THE PROPERTY & the bathroom nice and as clean, as best she can with her own nice soap, bc there are some real slobs that come there, lol. UGHH, I guess dirty hard workers. And Quinn was nice and helpful too. 🙂

Terrible service… if you want your unit broken into and your belongings taken, with no help from employees or management then this is the place for you… Do not I repeat do not leave any valuables here they will not be there when you come back or in the condition you left them in

Horrible experience. Temp 82 degrees and they say it should be 75. Too hot. Ceilings falling down with no repair dates." It's not in the budget" I was told. If your light doesn't work you gotta bring a flash light to move in your belongings. Stay away from this location. Getting billed for 2 rent spaces and no help from front desk.
