This Public Storage in the Westwood area of southwest Houston is located south of Bissonnet Street, just off of the Southwest Freeway with easy access from I-8 and Loop 610.

I came to the location on 11/12/24 because I shopping around for storage spaces. And when I came into the office I was greeted with pleasant smiles, I spoke with Ifeoma and helped me with all my concerns and questions. I left with a good feeling on what I should do going forward.
I was locked in. The gate shuts downs at 6pm. I called every number I could find including their after hours hotline and could not get anyone to answer and help.
I had a great experience with Mary at Public Storage. She was incredibly helpful when I encountered issues with my unit. My lightbulb wasn’t working, and she took the time to replace it for me. I also had some trouble with my lock, and Mary kindly assisted with that as well.
I felt very welcomed, and the onboarding process, which could have been stressful, was made smooth and easy thanks to her. I truly appreciate the excellent service.
As soon as we arrived, Mary greeted us promptly, helped us find a unit and then drove us to the unit to show us the best route to take, since we have a larger truck that would need to navigate the tight turns.
We signed same day because the rate was more than reasonable, the unit was in excellent shape with updated sheetrock on the walls and ceilings and we felt like the property was well maintained.
Not only was Mary professional, but she was efficient in getting us signed-up and explained everything thoroughly.
We visited many public storages, but felt best about this location, because we can tall Mary takes pride in her job and and cares for the property daily. Thank you for a great experience Mary and thank you for taking the time to help us during a post-storm stress-filled transition. It meant a lot to us and we look forward to hopefully a long tenancy. :)

I purchased online & when I called the location to confirm ect. I was talked to very rudely . I was at the wrong location & the lady was very much talking over me giving me lots of attitude. At least help me find the location instead of getting an attitude & being ghetto . I spoke in a calm tone & was responded back with sass . When I pulled up , I made sure to ask who I had talked on the phone with . Same thing , she kept talking over me , how are you sorry ? Yet still very defensive ??? Bad costumer service . Had I been a man I know for a fact I would have been treated with respect . This women on women hate has to stop at one point ! I’m tryn to work with you not against you !
I cannot say enough positive words on the interaction with Robert at this Public Storage facility. The overall experience with Mary at signup to the upgrading of the facility over the past few years has been professional and appreciated. The move-in was easy and the moveout could not have been better. If there were any questions, issues, advice, help needed, Robert was right there. He was patient, kind and caring during our 2 day move-out. He was not only courteous to us, but everyone there. All are treated the same and it is a breath of fresh air. He was on his eighth day of work since his co-worker was recovering and still going strong. He must walk 10miles a day and go through a new set of tires every month on that cart. Never stops and is going on all cylinders every day. This man needs a raise and deserves much praise!

Just know your gate code won't work after 6pm, and they don't open early. You'll have to wait till 9:30 for them to open. SMH , Then if that isn't inconvenient enough- they make you purchase insurance with a payment every month.

It's hard being homeless but if I didn't have this place .my unit. To store the few things I do have life would be just a bit harder. I moved from here 2 moths ago. Big mistake

I had cancelled my unit and cleaned it out before the 30th of feb and they called on the 1st to go back. So I went back and asked them if it would charge me if I put in my code the manager herself said no it should be fine and now I’m being charged for the whole month

Toya was great
I showed up to move into my unit at 1:30pm and No one was in the office. I waited for 2 and half hours still no one. Then I get a called from a Mary and she said she was out on te property. I wasted 3 hours waiting, in the middle of moving.
She (Mary) did a good job once she showed up to the office.
