We have had several units with the Missouri City location for many years. While we experienced some issues in the past, the service has greatly improved since Kemosi joined the team. The level of service has been exceptional. Kemosi consistently offers efficient solutions tailored to our needs and is a major reason we continue to keep our units with this company.
We cannot say enough great things about our experience with Mr. Evans! From the very beginning, he went above and beyond to assist us through the entire process. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made everything seamless.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Mr. Evans at Public Storage! When I first arrived at this location, it was in shambles. However, Mr. Evans worked tirelessly to turn things around. His dedication and hard work have truly transformed the place into a well-organized and welcoming environment. With actual working hours.
While I did have some frustrations with the customer service from the Public Storage 1-800 number, employees like Mr. Evans are what restore my faith in big brands. His professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction made all the difference. If you're considering renting a unit, I highly recommend reaching out to Mr. Evans you won't be disappointed! He really cares and doesn't treat you like just an account. If it wasn't for Mr. Evans this review would be a lot different
I recently rented a storage unit at Public Storage, and I am thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and easily accessible. The staff was professional, friendly, and always willing to help with any questions I had. They made the process of renting a unit seamless and stress-free. The security measures in place gave me peace of mind, knowing that my belongings are safe. I highly recommend Public Storage to anyone in need of reliable and convenient storage options.
The employees are awesome and very helpful, but public storage overall sucks, this location has changed owners 3 times in the past 2 years and every owner raised the rent, my initial move in rate started at 186 and is now $270, horrible horrible

The lack of knowledge from the Property Manager on site. Give my authorizated user incorrect information to the point I had to call another PS to get assistance. As a former employee I’m now understanding my former customers complaints and frustrations.

I’ve been using the facility for more than a decade now. I’ve seen it gone through transition from multiple owners. I was mad at first when Public storage company took over coz the gate was left open for almost a whole month and my unit got robbed. I lost $1000s worth of inventory and their insurance won’t cover it because it was in transition from the previous owner.
It’s been improved since then however. They’ve added more measures of security and the staff have been on top of keeping it clean. I see the ladies actually doing their rounds and checking out the buildings. I actually get a call back when i leave a message.

Do not rent a storage unit here! The are running a scam. I have had a climate controlled storage unit since late 2018. I was going to get my items out but when I went to my unit my lock had been replaced with a disc lock without my permission and no notification. Of course I did not have a key and I was told I needed to get a locksmith to cut it off, they did not have the key (although they put it on), they did not have a master key, or any tools to cut it off. But I am certain if I didn't pay, they would "find" a master key or tools to cut it off, throw out my belongings, and rent the unit to another unsuspecting customer. Beware!!!
I was helped by Christopher he was very professional. I would recommend this storage to anyone who was looking.

Salvador the guy that works in the inside, is a great help, it didn't matter if I called it went in he knew who I was and did everything he could do in his power to help me not loose my storage and that is very appreciated seeing as it is all I have left.
The central office made a mistake and misquoted the price on my reservation, but Sal at store 20828 went above and beyond to accommodate me for a last minute move. Just go into the location office and ask for Sal!
Today I went to this location 8633 west Airport to see about a couple of storage units wanted to share what a great experience I had with the the most accommodating gentleman in the office Sal was so friendly kind sympathetic to my needs and very helpful to show me the units more then once . Terrible customer service. I’ve been at that place for years but since the new company took over there has been theft going on. They have stole parts from my van twice within a year. Terrible lack of customer service! The lady with the long brown hair and nose ring at the West Airport location claiming to be "one of the managers" acts like you are bothering her when making inquiries. She is dismissive, unconcerned (even yawning in your face) and shows no inkling of an attitude of genuine customer service. Look elsewhere for your storage rental needs.
The new company that acquired this location raised my rent with only a 3 day notice from $116 to $146. I am unsure if this is legal ,but, I will be doing some research. For some, this tactic can put people in a financial bind. It’s always the little people getting taken advantage of. After viewing google, it does not appear I have 24 hr access anymore which is another negative. Third negative is I attempted to reach a human by phone when they took over a few weeks agos and my call still has not been returned.
