I've had a storage here for 4 yrs. Initially paid $89 which was a reasonable price, year 2 went up $117 ok, year 3 $129 year 4 $152 and thought way too expensive🤯. Just moved out not willing to pay that much.
Beware if you plan more than 2 years!!!!

So glad I found this spot. The facility is always clean. I feel safe super safe. Never had a problem. I've been here for years. I do wish I had 24hr access though.
Huge shout out to Paul the property manager. I attempted to make a payment at another location and they were closed so I received a late fee. Went to Paul's property and he was very helpful and even was able to get the late fee removed. Excellent customer service.

I was late on my bill and they gave me a option to pay half now and pay the rest later instead of waiting for me to pay they sold my stuff and when I called to ask about my things they wanted me to pay another $54 just because . I will never do business with them again I don’t recommend them at all and I had more than $3,000 worth of my stuff gone. DONT GO HERE unless you’re ready for them to sell your things for the littlest inconvenience

After checking out a nearby low-cost but sketchy storage place, I visited Simply Self Storage. Although it was only five minutes to closing time, the manager, Thomas, took his time to explain my options and then onboard me. It was truly exceptional service! Simply Self Storage, promote this man!

I had such a nice time visiting this property. The Manager Thomas was so kind and welcoming. I actually ended up finding a cheaper spot elsewhere but chose this company because I felt really safe knowing that he'd be the one watching my business equipment. We have been renting for past two years at this facility, and always had a good experience. Our storage is climate control and were offered a great deal upon move in compared to other places.
