I'm glad to leave a review today. My visit started out unpleasant due to how a moving truck was parked across the handicap space. I drove through the entry gate right behind this moving truck. As the 3 man crew exited the truck, I pointed to my handicap placard and showed that they were blocking the parking spot. The crew and the lady that hired them chose not to move so I was forced to park elsewhere. Before leaving, I went into the office to ask a few questions about ground floor units. I'm addition to answering those questions, Danny took the time to explain the periodic price increases as well as the transfer process. He took the extra initiative to explain a couple of things to me and his professionalism and engaging demeanor should be rewarded. The positive experience with Danny definitely outweighed the frustration of the parking space experience.

Drove here to bring people to put stuff in this storage and it's NICE! This place is super secure , clean, spacious, and has plenty of cameras. I like all those qualities. It's very cool they even have carts for their customers convenience to use. It smelled fresh in the building.

Access gate not working. When I intially signed my lease the Lady told me the gate just broke and would be fixed ASAP. A week later, I find out from another customer that it has been broken for like 6 months! Come on. This is 2023! We are like the 3rd or 4th BIGGEST CITY IN THE COUNTRY! Do you know how many "Gate Companies" there are here!? It would probably take LITERALLY, ONE DAY and a few hundred bucks to fix.... It's just absurd that it's an ongoing issue.... step your game up... Super Disappointing

On good Friday, April 7th I rented a storage unit for the first time and JD was helpful and knowledgeable about what size storage I should purchase. She was attentive and patient with me and I truly thank her for that.
JD was very nice in her delivery of some not so great news. She also helped me to get back into my account, effectively explained a few changes the company was making and provided me with some extra help :). JD is the best!
Got stuck in the elevator for 45 minutes and there was no emergency buttons or phone to call for help my mother in law and husband were hyperventilating.tgank God I had a phone so the fire department came. They aren't even trying to help me or anything.dont like this location.

Most unprofessional staff ever! We had a unit for 1 1/2 years and PS never had an issue with us paying or for any other reasons. As soon as we want to leave they staff is rude, unprofessional and not helpful at all. No one is on the same page, allegedly, as to not assist. NEVER NEVER again will we store here. Don’t even bother and they’re expensive too.

i been with public storage over 2 years only to find out at time of move out i had items stolen from my unit, No force entry so my theory it was in inside job!! get a second lock people dont trust no one!!
