Don’t rent from the Woodforest location!!! DON’T use this company( or at least don’t sign up online without seeing unit first) I rented a unit online and asked specifically for an outdoor access unit when I got to the location the unit was indoors through several hallways. I immediately called the manager and told her… She said they did not have any units with outdoor access available. I was told I would be refunded , and never was, so i contacted credit card company and disputed the charge. I was sent to collections for 165.00 even though I never used the unit. They said it’s in the contract even if you cancel within a couple hours AND NEVER USED THE UNIT you still have to pay. THEY ARE Scammers!!!
My rating is based on the process of renting a unit. I received great customer assistance from Jason at the facility when I went in to rent a unit. He showed me multiple units so I can visualize them and he provided different options on ease of access. I appreciate the assistance Jason provided and it was essential in helping me decide on the type of unit I needed.

The place is infested with mice and the AC wasn't even working. I had rat nests in my things. Stuff tore up. Pictures and electronic things ruined. I paid for climate control and that's not what I got. The INS isn't even worth jacking with. Save ur self and go else where. And all this is the lady in the office doing. She was great. But if u have to store things and ur not between places, trust me just let the stuff go

Mr Chris is awesome. Helpful, polite and very professional. Unfortunately there have been 2 Breakin since I started renting. No light inside the unit. Maybe it's the area but I want to remove my items as soon as possible. Within 18 months it's been broken into 5 times!
