Thank goodness I have home-grown helpers and a school holiday! We are consolidating my staging furniture and items from 2 units into one large unit!!! I trust Public Storage at 9102 Fry Rd to keep everything secure and climate-controlled...

Pros:
In terms of cleanliness, by far this is one of the cleanest storage units that I have ever laid my eyes on.
In terms of staff Christopher and Hayley were really cordial, nice to talk too and pleasant to work with. They were honest and to the point
Cons:
The people at customer care who you call and talk too are rude and obnoxious. What's even more nerve-wracking is the pathetic admin fee they tie into the rental of each unit. So if you take a storage unit they charge you a $25 administrative fee for "processing and paperwork" and once you have a unit if you would like to lease another unit their app navigates you online where you select the storage space you desire and then at payment they charge you with an administrative fee again! WHY???
I haven't had any issues with this storage facility. The manager communicated very well as far as any issues that arise. I moved out of the state and I could no longer afford nor did I want the things left in storage, so the manager handled it for me! Thank you again!

Everything was so clean n great team!
Our storage unit was broken into with a crow bar and over $15k of our belongings was stolen. We have the required insurance and no one will return phone calls or email to process the claim. We have a police report but Public Storage refuses to turn over the video footage of the theft. DO NOT USE THEM!! This appears to be an inside job that they do not want to take responsibility for!!!
DO NOT USE!!! We had close to $15k of stolen goods from our unit. This place has done NOTHING to help. We purchased the insurance that they REQUIRED, and cannot can a phone call back for an insurance claim! I have left SEVERAL emails, voicemails, and filed a police report, and still no response. BEWARE, this place it is AWFUL! Our unit was securely locked and somebody came in with a crowbar after hours and busted the door open. We have filed a police report, and they refuse to share the video and cooperate. I would have given zero stars if I could.

Very disappointed. This place used to be a Community Self Storage and was recently bought out by Public Storage, ever since the place has unfortunately downgraded. Public Storage took away the door blocks, flat bed carts and the dumpsters outside the doors which makes it harder when your hauling things in and out and getting rid of things. The good reviews are reviews from when this place used to be a Community Self Storage so just a heads up.
