Nice facility, easy access through the App. Bluetooth access can be a bit frustrating when trying to access the building when it keeps opening the gate but it’s not that big of a deal. Jacob is very helpful and profession whenever there’s an issue.
Do not use this place. They have a marketing gimmick where they lock you into a rate and start going up 30% every 6 months. I rented a locker for $200/month and within three months, they changed the rate to $250/month with a warning that it will most likely happen again in another three months. Awful.
The same unit is still being advertised for $200/mo online. They said I could rent a different one online and come move all my stuff into the new one if I wanted thay rate. Also take notice how the owner responded and did not even argue my claim. Yikes.
Gotta say this place is nice, well kept, and ran pretty well. I have no issues getting into my unit, and even though I lost my key, I was able to find some way to be able to get back in. I personally want to thank Ms. Mary, a wonderful woman who works there. I was having issues paying my bills on time for a few months, and she prevented my stuff from being sold for a couple months until I was able to pay something. She really has had my back and helped me recently, I couldn’t thank her enough.
Dana is a Legend. She is kind, considerate and caring. She made my experience at Public Storage amazing. Dana is helpful and she answered all of my questions.

Had the best experience with Mary! She was incredibly helpful in getting me into the perfect unit. A great problem solver when my online reservation selected the unit "closest to an exterior door" -- but not the one I wanted. Cleanest storage facility of the dozen or so I've toured or stored over the past decade. One of the few with a load-in bay that protects from weather during load in/out.
They were excellent. I love the walk to my unit .

I've been doing business with this place for over a year and the ladies that work the front desk are simply amazing and helpful and they care and I feel bad because I can't remember their names this morning it's very early and I just got off work and I'm tired LOL.
Great experience all around. The customer service rep was one of the best I’ve ever talked with. She was able to find a promotion that saved me $. On -site person was pleasant to work with and got me a unit promptly.
Competitive price and had large units available. Clean and inside temp in the 70s on a day when it was 95 and sunny outside. The manager was a sub because primary manager is out on leave but she knew her stuff and was very helpful. When I asked if she knew any local movers to help me, she recommended several to choose
