Absolutely amazing management brandy is awesome..
Brandy is such a people person! She has the right position as manager. She listened thoroughly when I had an issue with my unit and literally voiced her concern behind it. Not only did she promise to handle it but she was very communicative and continued to contact me to keep me updated. She didn’t dodge my calls, ignore me or made me feel uncomfortable or unimportant. She was so hands on with the issue. Thank you Brandy for everything.

This is the worst place to deal with. They will take your money off your card and refuse to refund it back to the card you paid for it with, BAD BUSINESS! They will also let someone steal your money. They will write someone a check and give it to them, instead of the person that paid for it. BAD BUSINESS!!!!!

The storage units are cleaned thoroughly (floor & walls) before you move in. The grounds are also clean and free of any trash or debris. I have never had anyone as accomodating as her. we spoke on the phone and she is incredibly helpful and I was stressed about a unique situation with renting one of the storages and she solved it in about 3 seconds. This is the kindve person every business needs to have on staff for a business to have 100% customer satisfaction. I have been renting a unit at this location for over a year and the on site manager brandy has been a pleasure the entire time. She goes above and beyond for her customer's. She is very kind and courteous, i always look forward to speaking with her because i know she is going to take care of me. Easy to access and brand new. This place is very affordable compared to the other local facilities of equal value. The only reason I put 4 star instead of 5 is because the road that leads to public storage is completely ripped up do to road construction. Other than that I would recommend this place for your storage needs, at a modest price!
Seems to be a good storage place. Counter lady in office was friendly, except a few times they have raised the rates on me and tried to sneak the price increase in. Caught them a few times now. The gate access is not 24-hour access. Gate closes at 10pm, which is a freaking joke. Word of advice if you need anything passed 10pm, you won't have access to it until the next morning.

Update- So I've reviewed this storage facility 2 times. When I moved in, the facility was Simply Storage. The rates were great and the team there was amazing.
Since Public Storage took over, my rates have increased and it's been challenging getting ahold of the team through the PS automated system. With that being said, Brandy, the on site manager called me personally to ensure I was taken care of during my move out and made sure to update my accounts. She apologized for the confusion in the changeover and rate increase.
While I don't need storage at this time, working with Brandy both under Simply storage and now Public storage has been good. Contact the team on site and they will help you.

Looked at a storage a few weeks ago. Customer service is great. The units looks great. First month is supposed to be free. Well, one would assume the first month is free. Nope. The catch would be the first payment is due up front. The second month would be actually be free. So, someone should explain that the first month's payment is due up front and the second month is free.

The area is quiet and safe. Property is kept clean. Bethany is very helpful! For this I gave 2 stars. Other than that I would've gave none! I've been at this storage for 3yrs. At first it was ok. As time went on it kept getting more expensive. And rats started eating my stuff. I told it to the office. I was told they cant
Do anything about it. It's my responsibility. During covid the lock down this storage didn't care about you at all. They didn't honor the no late charge request from the government. I moved out last week . I was not happy at all.!The rats had chewed my boxes and started eating my beddings.rat droppings was everywhere in my unit when I pulled my boxes out. I made sure took photos to post. Obviously they know about the rats because in the hallway theres an insect plug..

We stored our stuff there for a long time and never had a single problem or complaint. Most importantly, we always felt like our stuff was safe and secure. Once, I even forgot to lock our unit and Bethany called us that evening to let us know! We highly recommend!

PLUS I BROUGHT 5 MICE HOME TO A BRAND NEW HOME. HAD TO PAY $100.00 FOR EXTERMINATOR!!!! THAT PLACE IS INFESTED WITH MICE Y'ALL!!!! I COULD SEE THEM RUNNING FROM UNIT TO UNIT WHILE MOVING!!! MY FIRST REVIEW WAS A GOOD ONE, BUT I HAVE TO LET EVERYONE KNOW THAT IF YOU PUT YOUR STUFF IN THIS STORAGE FACILITY BE PREPARED FOR RODENTS TO EAT UP YOUR valuables...I WAS TOLD BEFORE RENTING THAT I DIDN'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT ANY DAMAGE BECAUSE IT'S CLIMATE CONTROLLED AND VERY SAFE!!! I SPOKE TO BETHANY THE AS MANAGER AND SHE TOLD ME TO CALL THE INSURANCE COMPANY. I DID, BUT WAS TOLD THEY CAN'T DO ANYTHING FOR RODENT DAMAGE. WHY???? NOT MY FAULT THIS PLACE IS INFESTED WITH MICE!! SHE KNEW THAT SHE HAD MICE, SHE SAID PEOPLE BRING IN FOOD AND ARE TOLD NOT TOO. NOT MY FAULT, I HAD NO FOOD IN MY UNIT!!! NEEDLESS TO SAY, I WOULD NEVER RENT FROM SIMPLY SELF STORAGE EVER AGAIN!! NOW MY COUCH IS RUINED AND IM OUT $100.00 FOR EXTERMINATOR, PLUS HAD 5 NICE AS HOUSE GUESTS...UGH!!!! BE AFRAID, BE VERY AFRAID TO RENT THERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR THINGS!!!!Im a very happy customer!
