I worked online to find this place to rent a unit. I wanted to look at it first before I committed to renting it. I pulled up to the facility in a young man named Andrew came out and greeted me. He took me to the unit and showed it to me and gave me all of its amenities and all the plus and cons of getting the unit and which one to rent. I was very impressed by his professionalism. He did everything to make me feel like a valued customer. I would recommend this place highly.p
1/2 my things disappeared over the 13 years they were stored. When I rented any unit the woman in the office told me I had to leave a key with her for security reasons. When I went to get a lot of my things half of it was gone I could not fit everything into my van so I brought what I could home, and about 6 months later went to get the remaining things and I have the only key yet my 3 pieces of furniture and six boxes were the only remaining thing. My tow dolly disappeared!

updated to four stars because the services excellent. The driveway between units is narrow (two trucks cannot pass). Also, many units have at a 6 inch step up or more. Otherwise everybody here is great.
Mr. Bill...【runs this particular facility】...on Lebanon Rd. as you head toward Mt.Juliet/Hermitage area...very friendly,personal guy...(very knowledgeable of his units on property)...also can help with any of your other needs...【weather you rent a space there or some other Public Storage facility】...he's did a wonderful job/helping me with my unit at "Metroplex" in the Harding Place area...(definitely would recommend stopping by Bill's storage unit place)...if any reason your thinking about renting a unit...now or the foreseeable future at Public Storage...【Thanks Again Bill】...you've been a blessing in the Skies!!!!!!

The movers and I was here to unload the truck and couldn't get his truck down the ramp so I called the number and it went to voice mail. We waited about an hour 😩 then we started calling others places and guess who showed up Bill on his off day. He came to me rescue. Thanks again

My unit cost had gotten extremely high to the point I was gonna forfeit it to the storage company. But the kindness of the employees to go above and beyond to help me, they were able to get my payments lowered to a reasonable rate I can afford.

Very nice and helpful
Has several different types of bins for whatever you have . The employees are very helpful and very nice. They worked with us to make sure we got the right size storage box. The only complaint I have is if you're in a large moving truck as we was...like a 24'-26' the rows are very tight so make sure you're an experienced driver.

45 mins to get through a single transaction. Different prices between website and in person. Nonsensical reservation process online. You don’t reserve the unit you reserve the price which makes no sense because the price is tied to the unit. Instruction on where the unit is located would have been nice because we missed it after we pulled into the lot. Not a customer first business.

This location, is awful. The ''driveways" are narrow,with a series of humps and if you're not in a truck I really don't see you making it out. Some of the spots have potholes and loose asphalt and need to be repaired. Good thing I'm tall enough to get my belongings up and into the hallway that is noway near dolly or 2 wheeler friendly. On top of that they are charging full price,sending a payment harassment 2 weeks early... I actually am thinking of calling corporate to see if anything can be done...such as a discount or better yet buy a month get one free. It's partly my fault for not going and looking at it first but the advertisement on the web should alert the customers or offer cheaper rates. I will be looking elsewhere...but had to have one close & quick.

I found myself in a bind and needed a unit desperately this Sunday morning. I was pleased to find this place which is only 6 minutes from place I needed to move items from. I wish I would have gotten larger the the 5×5 but I'm grateful it work out and the young lady was most pleasant. I was told I would get 20.00 back for the lock they charged me for, so I will check that. I can't complain overall.
