I started out with US Storage paying $55 a month for my very small 5x10. They tried to up it to 150 in October. I called spoke with a manager and they lowered it to 79 a month and said it would stay at that price. Now it's been bought by Public Storage and my rent went up to $140. That's ridiculous and a huge price change. Online on their website, my same size storage unit is $55 a month. So FYI guys the price online means nothing because in a few months it's going to go up $50-$75 a month. We will be moving our storage unit.
Carol walked me through my first visit and was very helpful and a pleasure to work with.

She even walked us to the access code box to triple check that we had access the same day. Carol did it all with a smile and positive attitude. As this was one of our for first interactions in the Nashville area, we felt super welcomed to the area. Would definitely recommend!

I did everything online on their website which was fast and self explanatory and saved alot of time in the middle of the move. Service attendant was nice. Facilities are fairly decent with controlled access gates.
I dropped two stars because this location decided to be part of the problem of inflation. Raising rates with everyone else, because they can. Only thing not rising with inflation is rate of pay.
