Because the unit that was leased to me this morning was occupied with someone else’s belongings, I was inconvenienced. Promise went above and beyond to make sure I had a new unit at the discounted price. Because of the inconvenience I experienced, Promise made sure to refund my money, due to the mishap. When I called to ask questions about my account, someone’s always available to answer my call and even if they’re not available, they always return my call back promptly. This public storage location was above and beyond, they really had my back. The manager, Amanda Thompson assisted me throughout my rental and was so kind, patient and understanding. I broke my key in my lock while the office was closed, was without transportation and was concerned about keeping my things safe but Amanda contacted me personally (which she didn’t have to do but I reallly appreciate) and not only gave me a spare lock at no extra cost, she also put it on there for me and held the key until I was able to make my way to the unit. She always answered my calls or texts and offered to meet me ant the unit even when she was off. Every person I was in contact with was friendly and smiling but Amanda, I’m so grateful for your assistance and support! Thank you 1000x

Amanda is Totally Awesome
I haven’t had to use a Storage facility in a long time. So when we were looking this one just happen to be exactly what we were looking for. Amanda took the time to explain exactly what we were getting all the cost that was associated with it. Upon entering the unit I noticed that the light fixture was broken. When I let Amanda know she immediately called and had it scheduled to be fixed.
