Ive been storing here for a few years now. I like the property Manager Brandie alot. I have neve had a bad experience here and will still rent here for years to come.
Brandie is the bomb diggity!! Make sure you ask for her when you need a unit. Great property in a very safe part of town.

Brandie was really great
Had a storage unit for over a year and within that year the price went up $100+. The facility is not 24hrs so if you need something late or early you’re out of luck. Not worth the price.
Public Storage on Fortress in Murfreesboro is one of the cleanest facilities in town. It's easy to get large box trucks in and out of, and Brandie is extremely friendly and helpful if you ever need any assistance. I highly recommend them for any of your storage needs!

Prices are worthy, clean storage, very well organized, you don't have to buy a lock, they already have the perfect one stablished to the storage you will take and they give you your accesses to your account ( they have an application where you can do everything online and set autopay as well , so this makes your life easier, which is great! ) so, another things a loved about this place.

Extremely disappointed with this company. When you look for storage, you want a safe and clean location, and those needs ate met here. BUT, the main issue on storage consideration is price! The move in price was competitive for the area and I moved all my things in. THEN, just a couple months later, THEY JACKED UP MY RATE BY ALMOST 40%!!! This is absolutely NUTS!!! I had to find another location asap and get my things out l. How on earth do you lure a customer in with a competitive rate then raise the rate that much once they’re settled in! I will NEVER use a public storage location ever again! EVER!!!

Very clean! The AC in the climate control is better than my house or car. I chose this place due to being a nicer side of town. Has flatbed carts and an elevator for easier storage. The office staff, Ms. Ann and Ms. Brandie, were both very polite and helpful.

There’s a mice in my inside unit and they don’t care. Ann said “at least you have insurance” She’s the worst, very lazy! They also randomly went almost $50 on my monthly amount. Hate it there.

Drove here from work and obviously someone was here since their bags in the chair yet they want you to call and reserve over the phone. No, I need to SEE what I am paying for. Even when the lady came back, she didn't bother to come to the door and offer assistance, didnt even look my way. Funny, it says they open at 0600 and here it is 0959 and this the representation you get. Smdh

I have been shopping for a storage unit in Murfreesboro; after talking to several others in the area with no avail, I hit the jackpot at Public Storage and was even more fortunate enough to find Brandie and her co-worker Amy.
When I stopped by the office to check my options, Brandie was exceptionally versed in all of their features, benefits, and pricing that was the best in town.
She gave me recommendations on what I needed and went over current promotions available on the website that helped out.
The unit and the grounds were spotless, and the new touchless entry via phone was very convenient.
When Brandie wasn't available, Amy was just as knowledgeable and pleasant and answered every question I had.
These two ladies' professionalism and customer service make this facility stand head and shoulders above the rest. Employees like these two are hard to find and deserve to be compensated and commended for their outstanding job at Public Storage.

I had to call and get some information. I spoke with Brandie and she was so helpful. Although I could have used the website I was working with elderly and they like to hear everything instead of web.
