If I could leave a worse one I would. Probably the WORST place you could go for storage. No one worked at the place lights were off no one was there, the access code didn’t work, we couldn’t get into our unit, and the people at customer service were incredibly unhelpful. Save yourself the trouble, putting your things outside your house in boxes would be a better solution, at least you won’t be out 90 dollars.

The prices go up way too often but it's a good spot
Signed up for a unit today and Angela was very helpful throughout the process. She was pleasant and throughly explained the policies. The only reason I gave a 4 start instead of 5 is not due to her or the service, but directed at Public Storage company. I learned the trash bin is kept locked and I feel the company should make the bin easily accessible to customers so we are able to throw our trash away. If not the large bin then there should be small trash cans around so ppl can throw away small pieces of trash.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Units themselves are just ok. I’m giving only 3 stars because they increased my rent 25% after 6 months, and apparently rents are up for review every 6 months, so I expect it to keep hiking. Not a place you want to be long term, better off finding a 12 month contract.
Not a bad facility, but they recently jacked the rent up like 30% out of nowhere.
DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. Their units leak, flood and have a ton of rodents. They rented the unit knowing it floods. They also raise their rates significantly every 3-6 months. In less than a year it went up by $80 a month. I found a climate controlled unit for what I was paying originally. Public storage units are awful.

I was at this Public Storage today moving some things to my house and my car ran out of battery.
Angela saw me on the cameras from her office and came over to help me.
She moved me to her office since it was getting hot outside and offered me a water bottle.
She recommended that I use my auto insurance's roadside assistance service, so I did.
I waited in her office (with AC) until the tow truck arrived.
Without asking for her help, Angela noticed that I was having trouble understanding the towing service and helped me to understand the message.
I believe that all storage services offer similar benefits.
The difference is made by the people who serve customers.
I wish there were more people like Angela Simmons in every customer service at every company in America.
Estaba en este Public Storage hoy moviendo unas cosas a mi casa y mi carro se quedó sin batería.
Angela me vió en las cámaras desde su oficina y se acercó a ayudarme.
Me movió a su oficina pues estaba haciendo calor y me ofreció una botella de agua.
Me recomendó que empleara el servicio de asistencia en carretera de mi seguro de auto y así lo hice.
Esperé en su oficina (Con aire acondicionado) hasta cuando llegó la grua.
Angela, sin pedir su ayuda, notó que yo tenía problemas para entenderle al servicio de grua y me ayudó para comprender el mensaje.
Yo creo que todos los servicios de storage ofrecen similares beneficios.
La diferencia la hacen las personas que atienden a los clientes.
Ojalá hubiera más personas como Angela Simmons en todos los servicios al cliente de todas las compañías de América.
My day started off horrible. When I walked into the office and was greeted by Angela everything turned around. She was very polite, friendly, helpful and reassuring that everything would be ok. She made my Public Storage experience a great one. Thank you Angela.

I started renting a unit here a few months ago. From signing up to any continual maintenance, Fallon has been a great representative for the company. Moving items to/from storage has potential to be very stressful and Fallon's friendly down to earth demeanor is very helpful.

The Williams Ave Public Storage has an excellent staff including Manager Joy and Delilah who are very professional and friendly and help make any concerns or help you need in renting or buying through an auction a seemless and positive experience. In fact it's as if you have known them much longer with the personal interactions and communication They are also guided by a very accessible and accommodating District Manager Brett.
