I moved from Florida to Tennessee. I didn't know anything about where things were here in Madison. I went in not knowing if they had a unit big enough for me, Pam was on duty. She helped us out so much. I'm disabled and couldn't really help my wife out with unloading the truck. Pam made a call and two guys showed up and unloaded the truck. I want to let the owner know that Pam helped us out a great deal. Let me say this, when we came back two months later, when my apartment was ready. I called up there and again Pam was on duty. I was crying because we had been on the highway 17 hours and needed to empty that unit by the end of the day. Pam came through with helpers. It's been a brutally hectic year for me, and thankfully, Pam called to confirm my reservation, (due to customer demand for my last large unit available here.)
Reservation is more like a request, since no payment form is prompted online, but I planned do set it up after work. Of course it got late & I forgot.
So Adria called the very next morning and waited on the phone for me patiently, to go through the whole setup process.
This location, this staff, is the reason I'm loyal to Public Storage.

Definitely got the storage unit online and the salesman that sold the unit to us told us that the unit would be climate controlled and that the first month for the unit would only cost 1 dollar you still had to buy the lock and Insurance also which turned out to make the first payment about 50 bucks which isn't bad at all.....but when we get there this place looks pretty beat up we get to our unit and it was rusted shut took a minute to get it open just to see that the salesman lied about climate control....the office workers claim that he's an online sales man and doesn't even live in the state..and 2 weeks into having the unit we were getting calls from the office there saying we owe more money but couldn't show us documents to prove that...
I was at breast cancer walk and met Pam and she announced that she works for Public storage on Myatt drive and ask for people to come visit Myatt Drive if we need a storage, She is a people person
