We rented a unit for six months. During this time our stuff was eaten by rats. When my husband brought this up at the time of moving out they expressed that they “have pest control” and that we would have to file through “their insurance.” Well their insurance is a complete scam!! All they are is a place that doesn’t want to take responsibility for not maintaining proper rodent control and pushing you off onto a scam insurance company. I know that their rodent control is a scam because my husband works for a pest control company and used a key to open a couple of the bait boxes and there wasn’t anything but spider webs in them. Complete scam and stay away!!!
Amanda was of great assistance to us today. She took the time to help us workout issues with our lock. Very kind. Fantastic place!
