Sherry was horrible. Called cops because she didn't like how my "tone" was with her rude and snobby comments. Told them my buddy was living in my unit(not a 24/7 facility) the cops laughed at her. And told me to leave for the day as to not "upset" her more. Horrible place. Horrible rude people.

The best service ever. I forgot to lock my unit and there was an immediately phone call to remind me. When I could not get to the unit to correct the situation they put one of there locks until I got a chance to put on my own.

I’m a mover from California, me and my coworker drove over 2000 miles and had been moving things from a customers house into this storage facility. If it wasn’t for Dee our already long day would’ve been so much longer. She did everything she could to try to help us, she’s such a kind soul! I can not thank her enough! This girl deserves a raise!

When I needed a place to store my vehicle and a few belongings for a few months, I contacted Public Storage in Gallatin. Although I couldn't reach anyone at the location initially, Adria from a nearby facility quickly followed up after I spoke with the call center. She provided excellent service, helping me determine the right storage solution, walking me through the online rental process, and offering valuable advice for vehicle storage, like disconnecting the battery. It's rare to find someone who goes the extra mile, and I’m grateful for Adria’s dedication. Thanks for making the rental process so smooth and stress-free!

Pam assisted me in my rental and suggested me doing the application online since it was cheaper. Thank you Pam I save $60.00. She is a very kind curtious person. If you see Pam you know your in good hands. I got everything done in 15min. And rental was ready 2min. After application was finished.

I reserved a unit online. One person said that it will be held. I get a call from the manager stating it is not on hold and the intro rate would only be good for a few months and then it would go up. She couldn’t tell me the rate as corporate dictating that.

This place has roaches!!!!!! Moved my things in this storage on July 4th & Moved out July 23rd. I didn't have roaches in my last home & didn't have them in my new home, was in my new home 10 days before I got my thing out of storage. Same day I moved stuff out I started to see roaches!!! I called and spoke to a lady can't remember her name but I told her my things have roaches and they came from that storage and she said well there's nothing we can do, it's always a possibility with an outside unit that outside bugs and rodents can get into your storage unit. These are not outside bugs, they are house roaches!!!!!!! They don't come from outside they came from within that storage, they should treat for pest control at that storage because now I have to get rid of all my things. As a single mother with limited income having to start over because you developed a pest problem from a storage is totally unfair!!!! I recommend running far from this place! #UPDATE: Jacob from Public Storage called me and apologized for my situation & refunded my money & assured me that they will treat that storage for pests. UPDATE: During the 19 day stay in this storage unit my things were infested with roaches, after talking to someone at the storage and a negative review I was contacted by Jacob which he did refund me my money for the storage unit. Fast forward to 3 1/2 months later, I still have roaches!!!!! I have had pest control out to my home several times, I've spent a lot of money purchasing all kinds of products nothing is working, I am still seeing roaches!! Now it comes down to the point I really have to get rid of a lot of my things such as microwave, stove, refrigerator & pretty much all my electronics & appliances because this is where they are hiding. I then contacted public storage to let them know & they told me to contact their insurance company which I did. The insurance company told me they could only offer me $250 for vermin infestation which will have a $100 deductible. The anger frustration that I feel is beyond imaginable to have been living on my own since 17(Im 42 now) moved a million times rented many storages and NEVER had a roach or any kind of pest problem. I have proof that the home I moved from didn't have roaches and I have proof that the home I moved into didn't have roaches but now I have them after getting my things from this storage unit & to have to get rid of my things and they say they will only pay $150 is a huge slap in the face! I'm not sure what I have to do to get this matter resolved properly but I will be contacting a lawyer, I will continue to leave reviews, and I will even picket in front of they storage to warn people of the roach infestation problem they will have from renting from this storage facility. It's sickening and disgusting to have to live with these roaches! One was in my refrigerator and I had to throw some of my food away, then for the storage facility and they insurance company to treat you like getting roaches from them is not that big of a deal is heartbreaking because if it was them or they family they would take it more serious! PLEASE DONT RENT FROM PUBLIC STORAGE SAVE YOURSELF FROM A PEST PROBLEM. NOT EVEN SURE IF THEY TREATED THE STORAGE FACILITY FOR PESTS & WOULD NOT TAKE MY TIME WRITING REVIEWS IF WHAT IM SAYING IS NOT TRUE!!!

Well keep facility with an on-site representative that made my rental and move out easy. From a security standpoint I appreciated seeing the site mgr moving around the property nearly every time I was at my unit.

I am using this Public Storage facility to store "stuff" while moving here from another state and getting situated. I had a few questions about the insurance and the ins and outs of the facility. I found Sherry delightfully knowledgeable, courteous and professional in answering all of my questions. This facility is very clean and well kept. 👌 👍

This was my first experience with renting a storage unit, and it was a very smooth and simple process. Paula made me feel very welcome, and she was extremely pleasant and helpful. Throughout the entire process, she explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. Now for the bad news. Five months after renting the unit, I was notified that my rent would be increasing to an additional $34 per month. When questioning the substantial increase, I was told that I was paying less than what the unit would currently rent for. When I originally leased the unit, there was a great promotion going on which is why I chose Public Storage. I certainly didn't expect to be gouged a few months later. Now it's one year since the first price increase and once again I've been notified that the rent is increasing again. The new rate will be an additional $38 a month, another huge jump. Once again, I questioned the drastic increase and was given the same pitiful excuse that even with the rent increase I am still paying less than what the unit currently rents for. They definitely lure customers in with a fantastic promotion, but they take advantage of you once you're moved in and settled because they know they've got you between a rock and a hard place. Beware of a fantastic deal because it's definitely too good to be true at Public Storage. For an update, I would like to add that I have recently incurred yet another yearly rate increase. Since opening the unit in June of 2019, my rate has nearly doubled. It's so discouraging, especially for someone like myself who is on a very fixed income. Unfortunately, I have nowhere to store my things and I really need this storage facility. In the past month, I have been assisted by Sherry in the office. She has been very helpful and sympathetic to my situation, and I am appreciative of her efforts to make the annual increase a little more bearable. I think if it were up to her, she would probably keep everyone's rent at a stable rate and not gouge us every year before Christmas; unfortunately it's not her call and it ultimately ends with corporate.

Nice clean storage facility. Sherry has always been very helpful if I had a question about anything . A thing that stands out is the she will acknowledge that you have come into the lobby even if she is on the phone or computer with a customer or helping a customer in person. That little bit let's you know that she sees you and will be with you as soon as possible . That does not happen everywhere . Recently in another retail store the clerk had to take his ear buds out so he could answer my question while he was checking me out.

Katlyn was awesome! I needed a wardrobe box & didn’t have any supplies. So she took me to my unit and put together my wardrobe box, brought me a cart & taught me how to use the lock! Great customer service!
