RAT INFESTED! Ruined our stuff. Staff doesn’t care a bit about it.
rats. lots of them. multiple pieces of furniture ruined. We complained often and all they would do was hand us a pack of rat poison. Staff was friendly and as helpful as they could be under the circumstances.

When I went in I was confused, I didn’t know what I was doing. When I got inside Katelyn the worker helped me out so much! she helped me find the right storage unit I needed. she was so patient and understanding with what I wanted! She even helped me with going over the code so I could get in and not have any trouble. I will so be telling everyone to come here and talk to her!
One star is generous. I rented the space via the app and showed up the next day with a U-Haul to unload. No office - big sign says “call this number for customer service.” Went to the gate, used the app for access and got “out of range” no matter where I stood. Thought I’d try the “get access number option” which returned “.#” - obviously not an access code. Called the customer service number and went into voice mail nightmare. Found an option to “speak to the site representative” - you guessed it: went to voice mail. Now it’s raining. Waited five minutes to get a response. Five hours later, still havent received a call back. Went down the street to Cube Smart - great onsite staff who set me up in five minutes.

Updated to three stars. While I didn’t get to store my things here, I did get a call from a customer service representative today who cheerfully refunded my money, and apologized for what were a constellation of mistakes that led to my perfect storm of not gaining access to the facility. Their willingness to own the problem, explain the situation and apologize is exemplary. I do think my experience was an outlier and probably very unusual. Therefore I’m changing my rating to three stars.
Best deals for storage in Eastridge. Shadda was so nice and explained the process of renting a unit quick because the office was closed. It was so simple. My friend got a unit in less than 10 minutes online. She asked us to share on Google how great our experience was. Great customer service and she saved the day because we almost thought we would have to go elsewhere since the office was closed due to a remodel or something if I remember correctly. Thank you for suggesting online site.

I went to this location several times and the door was locked each time while having an open sign. I was very displeased with this location initially, however, today I was assisted by Sheri and she was very pleasant and informative about the entire process. She also apologized for the inconvenience in the past and explained the reason why the door could have been locked. I’m glad I came back because I got exactly what I needed

I have known Shari since moving in a few months back. Always a casual, pleasant interaction. Today while she was making her rounds she stopped and we spoke about various things. Was working on my van and not having much luck with what was needed. When she came by we said our hellos and she continued her rounds. At that point I was able to finally make my troublesome adjustment. When she came back I told her she was my lucky charm in completing my work. That sparked out friendly get to know each other conversation. Thank you my little lucky charm, it was a pleasure getting to know you.
RATS! NO PEST CONTROL SERVICE! POOR MANAGEMENT ON LOCAL AND DISTRICT LEVEL! I lost over $8000 and 30+ years of memories and inventory that were ate up by rats. There was no preventative pest control service in place and when they found out about the infestation they never alerted the customers. Fast forward, my items were visited 3 months later after their ridiculous insurance paid me only $150 and IT STILL HAD RATS CRAWLING IN IT with no pest control in place!!

MICE AND RATS they will let your belongings get destroyed and will do NOTHING they will tell you file an insurance claim and not do anything about the situation there was constant poop and ants in my storage and ALL THE UNITS NEAR ME!! I told them for months and NOTHING!!! I moved and had to throw away half my stuff lucky I had renters insurance!!!
Dustin was very helpful from the time I walked in and until I left he answered every question he kept a smile on his face and he made me feel welcomed he didn't rush me or seem annoyed by my questions. I would appreciate Dustin for being humble and so kind.

Rebecca was fantastic! I was helping my brother (with mental disabilities) and she was so patient, understanding and thorough. She walked us through the process and explained and demonstrated how to use the app, multiple times for him. Rebecca was professional, caring and efficient. Sheri is always wonderful to work with. I'm glad I came to her store for my storage needs. Unfortunately, the storage has a rodent issue unless you choose the storage inside the building. Nothing was damaged, but rat and mice droppings almost everywhere.

I have been in this unit for about five years my husband passed away and I was not allowed to get auto-pay because it was his account even with the death certificate but Sherry is the first one that has accomplished this for me and I am so appreciative thank you so much
Sheri has always been very courteous and helpful about my rental space. I rented with Public Storage years ago at a different location. And they were great as well.
Updated - They fixing the door to the indoor climate controlled. They are saying it will be 3-4 weeks. I have been told this for several months but the seem to be taking action. They appear to be taking it serious.

This is the most expensive storage facility in town and don't get behind they will hit you for every fee in the world. I am surprised they don't have parking meters in the lot. They are horrible
Just what my husband and I were looking for for our seasonal storage items. Nice, clean, and everything went smoothly. When we got there to get our lock and whatnot the lock was missing keys. Raven was so helpful and nice. She replaced the lock with no problems .
