After having a HORRIBLE experience with another storage company - it was a relief to receive some of the best customer service I have experienced in a long time! Dana (5 stars!!!) @public storage in Brentwood is personable, helpful and so kind! The storage facility is clean and run very well by people who care. I always find carts available when I show up and the ability to use an app to open the gate and the doors, is so convenient and useful. I got a great price for our climate controlled unit online and because of the onsite team and the great experience we've had overall with Public Storage, we will be holding onto the unit for awhile. There really is not comparison - this place is top notch!

Dana was absolutely terrific, a superstar of customer service! From the moment we entered to the minute we walked out, she was friendly, welcoming, professional, caring, kind! She helped us to set up the rental, showed us to our unit, explained how everything works. With her, everything was fast, simple, and stress free. The property looked very well managed/maintained, safe, clean, well equipped (elevators, moving carts, shipping supplies for purchase). They even have an app that let‘s you open the gates and doors! The rate was also great. Hoping it won’t go up to much and to soon, like in other places. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience! This facility is A+, however, I believe, the real star there is Dana, she made us feel like we were true VIPs, she is AAA+++

I had a great experience today with Simply Self Storage in Franklin, TN. When I first moved in, I had a small issue with the unit I was in. Dana from Simply Self Storage resolved it in a matter of minutes and had me in a new unit the same day.
