My reservation was for the day that the snowpocalypse happened. When I finally was able to get the facility it was still really icey. Carrie was very helpful and letting me know the best way to traverse the icey terrain.
They never answer their phone. It always send me to voicemail and I still have yet to get any call backs..

I am very disappointed with how I have been treated by the manager at public storage. I have always been current with my monthly payments. Paid my on my bill on 6/02/2023, moved out on 6/10/2023. Manager told me all was taken care of. Then I started getting calls that I owed them money, contacted manager again, she told me she forgot to take me out of the system all is taken care of again. Then I get a collection letter, talked
to manager again same reply it’s taken care of. The stress of dealing with a bill I do not owe is very irritating. I am still fighting to get this resolved. If I could have given 0 on the review I would have. Please be careful on your move out get it in writing. I want to do an update on my review. Carrie and the district manager reached out to me, they have taken care of the issues that I had. I really appreciate your professionalism. Thank you so much for taking care of this issue.

As a new tenant I was initially excited about renting a space their but Carrie has made me feel unwelcome. She came to me with a friendly voice and and began accusing me of living in my car. She let me know that she recently had to evict 9 tenants. She ask me why would I have the largest space in Nashville. Completely out of line. I was extremely offended by her nosiness, assumptions and lack of professionalism. Very strange, she allowed me to use the outside restroom next to her apartment. That’s when we sat down she started discussing intimate details about her marriage that was not my business. She asked if I wanted to go to dinner with her and her friends I politely declined. Very unusually open to me and then started asking me questions we’re are you from ?” Do you live in your car? The cameras are watching you? I just had to evict 9 tenants That’s when I realized she was trying to extract information out of me. I explained to her I don’t like people in my business she replied why don’t you wanna tell me. I’m really big on professionalism. She definitely was not professional. I was already annoyed by an unknown lock being on one of my doors for 3 weeks. However I was granted a free month for her mistakes. Please tell her to stay out of business don’t invite me to her apartment ask me to dinner. Or assume anything about me. I believe this was on August 9th shortly after I was grated a free month due to an unknown lock being on my door for almost 30 days. During our conversation in the bathroom kitchen area. she polity repeatedly suggested that I downsize. You have made up your mind about after knowing me less than 48 hours. Why would I go to dinner with a property manager who thinks I should Leave for her own personal reasons 🙆🏼♀️🤦🏽♀️hmmmm????

I even had an issue with my car and her & her husband helped me and my kids. The only thing I don’t like is the gate hours, I wish they were open 24 hrs as long as you have access , that would be more convenient to a lot of people! Other than that overall my experience at this location was TOP TIER‼️‼️ I definitely recommend this location. It was a lot cheaper than the other places I was looking. And I RESEARCHED!!! Definitely recommend!

Horrible service. Terrible units. There are much better storage facilities out there so don't even look at this one. RENTER BEWARE that even if you were to move out on the 1st of the month they will charge you for the entire month even though they will be able to rent it to someone else effective the day after you move out. ALSO RENTER BEWARE, many if not most of the unit have a step into the unit of anywhere from 2-18+inches!!! So make sure you see your actual unit before you sign on the dotted line.
