I had a unit at this storage facility on Murfreesboro rd . I’ve always felt worried about my valuable items being stolen . I was feeling a lil sense of ease , because you have to enter the building with a code and a code to get upstairs . Long story short I went to get my generator and some other items to do a cooking event to find out my unit had been robbed . As far I can see my purses with my personal information was stolen , my generator , clothes & shoes , they also stole 6 cases of expired Pepsi products (from tsu homecoming ) . I really believe it’s an inside job the manager was very nonchalant about the situation. After 30mins of me going off about my stuff he comes back up stairs now he said he see who broke in my storage June 22,25 . They never notified me . He showed a brief video of a white man in a white ford escape suv saying he’s the one that broke in on June 22,25 around 8:30 pm . I called the cops after 3 hrs of waiting I left because the manager had left . I’m going back because I want to know who helped him carry a 100 lb generator since he was supposedly worked alone and how was he accessing the elevator and the entry with no code . The doors at the facility lock at a certain time so how was he going in and out. Something seems real fishy . The manager gave me a paper before he left to file a claim like this the end of it . No sir! My last day to pay was July 11 i paid it on July 10 . I Believe they thought i wasn’t gone pay my bill and it was gone be auction off . My storage unit was robbed on June 22 , 25 around 8:30pm . They cut my locks off on June 24,25 . My last day to pay was July 11,2025 I paid $605 July 10,25 and found out my storage was robbed . Why wasn’t i notified ? How didn’t the district manager cut my locks off on June 24 ,25 when the unit had already been broken into 2 days prior . You wouldn’t have needed to cut my locks off since he already broke into it . Something sounds real fishy

Location - Murfreesboro Rd, right before you enter La Vergne....... Took the $1 dollar move-in deal they had in August, '24. During my time at this facility, Andrew, Mandy & Reg. Mngr Brad have been extremely helpful with any questions or concerns I may have. Given my financials I unfortunately paid late frequently. I paid the fee and went on about my way. Thinking everything was fine. I was wrong. Dead wrong. Apparently Public Storage's computers analyze customer accounts and automatically raise your rent if you're late frequently. No joke! Since August my rent for a 10x20 space has gone from $152 a month to $352 a month! Even employees at Public Storage have even said that amount is ridiculous. There is nothing they can do to lower my rate, it's all computer. The only option I have is to continue paying $352 and put in requests monthly for a lower rate, (which I'm told usually takes 6 months to get approved). -OR- vacate the space and rent a new space. That means moving all my stuff to another unit. This would take up most of my day. I have rented spaces with other storage facilities and have never had this happen. $200 increase over 7 months? All because I paid late? I know you may be saying, "just pay on time", I know, but a lot of times the money just isn't there come the due date. Thus making me late. Which by the way, knocks my monthly payment over $400. To add insult to injury, you receive constant text messages that start out with all caps "YOUR PROPERTY WILL BE SOLD". Once again, I know paying on time would have eliminated this problem, but if you are like me and sometimes don't have the cash on the due date, this scenario is what you risk. Again, Brad, Andrew & Mandy have done what they could to help me, but there is no way (so I'm told) to get the computer to loosen its grip on jacking me up over $200 on my monthly rent. So, pay on time with Public Storage, OR ELSE!!!!!!!

Shannon was absolutely wonderful! My move in process once I arrived was seamless! She took me right to my unit and educated me on the lock system (since I was used to the old style). Sorry for the review being late! One of the best public storage places I’ve used. So clean and all indoors! Also love the carts to use. Thanks!!

Andrew did an amazing job getting me settled in, and answered all my questions. He even made sure to apply promotions to my accounts I was not aware of.

Carrie is wonderful. She was able to help me out tremendously with getting my storage paid, answering questions I have and also assisting me with storage rates as I have been a long time customer.

Andrew that works here is a SAINT! I was stuck here for possibly 20 to 30 minutes with the flat tire he checked on me made sure I was OK after I change my tire. He even offered me a water bottle. I have nothing but praises for this dude.

Apparently this place is an alternative to living under a tarp. While I was there, I heard two or three different conversations, but no shuffling of feet or boxes. When I heard this dude say "Pass me the jelly" I knew they were in there makin sammiches for the long haul. It's not uncommon for people to camp out in a storage facility. So if uber eats is not making your ends meet, and hunchin for paper is not your thing, then Public Storage might be the solution.

First time renting a storage space but the gentleman there that day who helped me (Andrew)was courteous enough to shut down the office while he showed me different size spaces to ensure I would be able to put all my things in there. I am very pleased.

The staff have been great at Public Storage and have made getting my unit quite easy. After a negative experience at another company, they’ve made the switch easy! From good advice signing up, to very helpful staff like Kayla in the office, so far my experience with Public Storage has been awesome.

Very disappointed with the management of this particular public storage. I rented a storage with them since 1/3/2004 and ever since then NO Illumination on the hall way.I’ve been to the customer service over 10 times to complain. They said they’ve been sending emails to the manager to send someone to fix it. It’s taking forever to get a simple bulb unit fixed. It’s so frustrating each time I go to the storage because I can’t see, will have to use the touch on my phone. Very disappointing with their services.
