Caitlyn was awesome!

I have occupied a unit at Public Storage, 5251 Mt. View Road in Antioch, Tenn. since 2011. Several years ago I added another unit. I have seen many employees and managers during this period.
Right now I would be remiss if I didn’t bring attention to the present property manager, Harry. Taking into account all the people I have interacted with he is far and away the most professional and engaging. Harry sets the bar high. He possesses excellent customer service skills. There hasn’t been one time I haven’t seen a smile on his face. He is always ready to assist you in any manner, very communicative and explanatory. He is detailed and thorough in processing payments. When he is helping you he makes you feel you are the most important person he will encounter that day. There have been times visiting my units I have witnessed Harry outside the office. There is only one speed for him - full throttle. He appears determined and focused in taking care of his responsibilities.
Honestly, Harry is just an all around nice person. Public Storage is very fortunate to have him in its employ!

Tried to stop by two days in a row to make a payment. Once at 3pm and again the next day at 5pm. No one was there to take my payment so I had to call and was charged an extra ten dollars! Now they want to charge 52 dollars next month 🙄

I personally wouldn't want a storage unit anywhere else, even if it'd save me a buck or two, because of the quality customer care, and property protection.... Thank you Public Storage for having Mr. Guess manager the mt.view rd property.

Absolutely the wost storage place ever. Does not have hours on their doors. Google says the building is open till 6, but every time we have ever come out here it has been nobody. I have talked to literally no one in the all of 3 years we have had the unit. We are finally done with this place. I would suggest some place else where if you need to actually get in or talk to someone.

Amanda is amazing. I was in the office on 10/02/2023 with moving struggles and her kindness was patient, loving and empathetic. Though I was going through my struggles, she made moving with public storage so easy. OMG! Thanks Amanda for everything

The public storage on my view road is a life saver. Caitlin Taliaferro went above and beyond to accommodate myself when no one else would. I had spoke with several people and had no responses at the facility I was with..... There was never a person in the office, or to answer the phone . Caitlin was so helpful and I am so thankful for her being just a kind person and her customer relations was exactly what you would hope for.
