Monica was very helpful with directing me to my storage unit and how to access it.
Stopped in to check dimensions of a vehicle unit. No persons on site and only a video phone. They would not let me take measurements. Avoid this place if you need vehicle/trailer storage and need to know what can fit in the unit.
I had an excellent experience at Public Storage thanks to Janine. She went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free, answering all my questions and ensuring I got the right unit for my needs. Her friendly attitude and professionalism made a big difference. Highly recommend!

We have used other storage facilities, but this one is a game changer. Great and extremely helpful staff! We will never use anyone but Public Storage! Keep up the great work!!
I had a h r cj of a time transferring units due to a broken kiosk. Brandi saved my day and helped me with the transfer, she was amazing.
I would not recommend storing items at the this location. The gate hours are from 6am to 9pm. I arrived at around 7:30 am to an offline gate after a three hour commute. When I contacted customer service I was advised that the area manager wouldn't be available to get the issue addressed until 9:30 am. When I initially rented the unit this past summer, there was staff on-site. This location recently became a site ran by kiosk. After about a half hour, another young lady arrived wanting to retrieve items from her unit and couldn't do so because the gate was down. I understand things like this happen but with all the money that they are saving by not having staff on site you would think that corporate would have some sort of plan to address issues that may arise during gate access hours when the area manager isn't available.

Was not 4 months after I rented the price jumped a over half more I went from a $54 unit to a $126 the people were never in office so it's a issue when u would out of town and have to pay cash because well for 5 months I could not get website to accept payments an if a issued came up the emaid were never see if they even sent one like they said not the man there that runs it you will never see him smile and the young man that started after I was there for a bit will never have a knowing answer to any ? Joe have and he can not ever get the owner when something is ask and he don't know it and was bed bugs found in my things after I had left they were dead but had my unit been full of things not my tools and equipment

Says they have weekend hours, but no one is on duty. I recently moved out of the area and my family rented a small unit to store a few things we couldn't fit on the truck. We've been locked out of the complex and when I paid for the late fee and rent that we owed, I was finally able to enter only to find that they've padlocked our unit and are requiring that we see a manager. No one is here. We've called multiple times and multiple numbers with no response. I've driven 4 and half ours just to clean it out. I understand that there was a late payment, but if we couldn't get in because of that, then there's no reason to lock the unit itself.
