Tammy was the best service attendant you could ask for!!! She was a multi-tasker, helping others while walking me through the process. I thought she was the manager, learning she was extremely knowledgeable in her job. When faced with an issue on the app, she was patient in the 15 times it took for us to get it loaded. The app needs overhauling as it had all the core information and continued to give both of us issues. I applaud her willingness to follow through and not leave it for me to figure out. Bravo to Public Storage for hiring quality personnel!!!!

Absolutely rude woman on location. I lost everything in Hurricane Helene and just needed a unit to store my remaining items. Reserved online, arrived, and was told how she'd rather charge me hundreds more than the online deals, and then that the unit I wanted wasn't available. I ended up leaving with only a portion of a refund and no idea where to go next. So unnecessary, so rude.

I was not going to do a review. While at my unit Miss.Tammy seen that I was having problems with my lock. With her magic hands and spray,she got it close and lock. My husband said he was lucky but she is the best. Everytime I come I just love talking to her. She is truly a gem in Public Storage. Just giving another five star for Public storage. Original rent was $128 a month. About 6 months in, they upped the rent to $178. I didn't get a text, email, nothing on the app other than the new charge... and they don't have a dumpster. Have you ever seen a storage facility with no dumpster? I had a large picture break , and when I moved out, I had to make a special trip to the dump to trash it.
Also, if you get a larger uhaul and try to get in there, you're going to have a hard time. They built it on a Damn hill, and the gates are almost right on top of the first storage units. Anyway, ๐.

I did everything online period I was having issues so I went to office period I saw this lady miss Tammy period I love her period she walked me through got in my unit, it was too small, she transferred me to a bigger unit. Very rarely (if ever) have I taken the time out to leave a review for customer service Id received; this time I absolutely HAD to. I want to say the associate Lynn, went incredibly above and beyond when assisting me with the securing of my storage space. All information was well-explained to me and Lynn was incredibly patient with me. I came in with the unusual request of securing a storage unit cross-country; Lynn made the appropriate calls and made sure all bases were covered for me. I am ABSOLUTELY satisfied with my experience and will not only recommend people use this location for all their storage needs, but will use this company again and again for any future storage needs I have.
Paid for a storage unit for over a year and they literally stole so much of my stuff. I'm assuming because it had been over a year they thought I wouldn't notice? I had to go through the trouble of filing a police report , and the insurance they make you get is trash and will keep sending you in circles.They claimed they didn't have a manager and gave me a number to another location where that "acting manager" basically said "oh well what do you want me to do". The so call cameras don't always work (probably never have) so it really was nothing the police could do. You will never see your stuff again. Stay far far far away from this place.

Place is a nightmare. Gate doesn't work sometimes which was a huge inconvenience for me to bring items to put in my storage and couldn't get in twice. I wasted time and money, it was hot, and I wasn't compensated for the inconvenience. There isn't always someone at the desk ither. First time it happened no one was there second time it happen, the lady that was there couldn't get it working either.
