I found an amazing promotion online and placed a hold on it until I could get there in person to see the unit to determine if we wanted to rent here. My husband and I met with Audrey who greeted us with a smile and gave us a tour and explained their security features. The unit and facility are very clean. Audrey provided all the information that we needed and patiently answered all of our questions. I recommend this Public Storage facility to anyone in the area who needs storage for their extra items in a clean, safe facility.

signing up at the website was quick and easy to follow. Move in code came as expected on move in morning. The facility was in a convenient location. A staff member greeted us at the door and helped with using the access code and finding our storage unit. Made the process super smooth and helped us feel comfortable as we have never used a storage facility before. I highly recommend Public Storage!!

I have had storage units for 40 years and I have never had a storage unit facility raise my monthly rate by $138 over night , and after only a few months of having this unit. I've spoken with corporate and they will not reverse this 33% increase!! I own my own buisness, and I'm certain that if I raised my price of my services overnight by 33%, I would loose my buisness. This is unethical, bad buisness, and people need to know!! DO NOT RENT FROM PUBLIC STORAGE facilities, they will screw you over like they are doing to me. Absolutely the worst buisness practice I have ever encountered in my 56 yrs on this planet!!!

I just want to say Audrey is an absolute god send! Being in a stressful situation quickly move and need someone to store my belongings until I move into my new place, she made this process feel at ease and ensured me everything was a smooth process! And she did just that. She walked me through every step, every option, and every instance as this is my first time using a storage unit. She made sure I understood clearly. Her hospitality is a godsend to the world we live in today. May she be blessed with all good blessing she deserves. Thank you Public Storage Myrtle Beach , and thank you Audrey.

3 out of the 4 carts were broken, used our own cart to move stuff in and out of the storage units, terrible smell inside facility, had roaches after leaving our stuff in unit, I would never use or recommend.if your moving out at night tons of spiders near doors (needs pest control bad)

Was very happy with the customer service, location and cleanliness of this storage facility. It was extremely hot the day I was adding items to the storage unit and I’m sure I looked like a hot mess. One of the ladies came to check on me and even asked if I was well hydrated or wanted water. I really appreciated the customer service.

I came looking for a storage facility that would work for my needs, since I just moved into the area from MD. I was so pleased to have met Audrey & have her help me out. I was interested at seeing the facility and the space of several different size units. She was so nice & we connected very easily that we spent almost an hour together as she showed me several units and pricing for each one. I didn't want to commit to anything that day because I was shopping around at other places and wasn't going to make my final decision. I told Audrey this and she went above and beyond to help facilitate my needs and I decided to get the unit with the special that was going online. A couple days later I got that 2nd unit. I truly appreciate having someone like Audrey working for this company. She helped me out and got me even to get a 2nd unit. Public Storage should be proud to have her working for them. The ladies who run this act like the police. The facility offers access from 6am-9pm but they keep the bathrooms locked when they are not working. One of the amenities is supposed to be a restroom with no said designated hours. So choose a different facility if you like not being harassed!!!!

This storage is very nice compared to my other one. It’s climate controlled and cheaper too. This move in was super smooth, thank you to Audrey. She helped me find my storage and showed me where the bathrooms were. She even taped one of my boxes up for me. She was awesome. I’d say she needs a raise.😃

Great for commercial use when units are area. Can accommodate larger vehicles such as boats and motorhomes when there are available units. Gated property with keypad access.easy to get to from route 31.. if you get hungry moving all your stuff there is a Wendy's across the street.

We rented a larger RV unit for about a year and a half while we were getting a barn ready. Very clean property and friendly folks. Never had a single issue during our rental period.

Literally worst experience ever. Brenda the manager is so rude and disrespectful. They had me waiting for over an hour.
