Tangie was very helpful with getting us set up with a storage unit. I had initially reserved one online and did not realize I reserved a 5x5 locker (instead of a regular 5x5 unit). She assisted with everything I needed and even showed me an actual next size up so I would know if that would work for me. I brought my own lock and she refunded me for the lock fee and helped take my account off of auto pay since I would not need the storage for more than a couple of weeks. She was very friendly and helpful and getting this all taken care of for me. The facility itself (along with the storage units) is very clean. Go see Tangie!

I have been with public storage for a while now. And the property is very clean and Beth Martin that works at the Hampton location is very polite and very nice to do all of ur storage business.
This was my first experience with a storage facility and CubeSmart made everything so easy. Easy sign up, extremely clean and accessible storage units, and great customer service! I only stored my belongings for a few weeks, so aside from the set up and insurance fees, I didn’t have to pay anything! I’d recommend CubeSmart to anyone with storage needs and will certainly use them again if necessary.

Quick fast reliable service
Unit on uppermost floor, all the way in the back ๐๐ค๐๐จ ๐ฉ๐ค $86 ๐ฃ๐๐ญ๐ฉ ๐ข๐ค๐ฃ๐ฉ๐, ๐ข๐ค๐ง๐ ๐ฉ๐๐๐ฃ ๐๐ค๐ช๐๐ก๐ ๐ฉ๐๐ ๐๐ช๐ง๐ง๐๐ฃ๐ฉ ๐ง๐๐ฉ๐. Renting just under 6 months, storing extra bikes. Not comfortable keeping anything that would be affected by mold, mildew, or bugs. There's a moldy look and odor to the place (carpeting has lots of stains, musty odor throughout the building and there were small dead roaches in the unit at move in. So don't store anything that isn't metal and that might be infested.) At one point there were massive piles of trash (broken glass, furniture, pots, clothing, toys) from other units left in the halls, the entry way, and left on the hand trucks for over a week. This was difficult to move around and likely hazardous. Sometimes people move their contents out into the hall to sort, and it can be a lot. They might leave things in the front entryway overnight or blocking the entire hallway. I was working on a bike when someone climbed up and looked at me from outside an adjacent unit. Idk if they were bored or scouting contents. ๐๐๐ค๐ฅ๐ก๐ ๐ค๐ฃ ๐จ๐๐ฉ๐ ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ก๐ฅ๐๐ช๐ก but this is a high traffic location. Parking is not the most convenient, with just a few spots in front, and only two elevators separated by parking lots for the whole facility. If you get a decent rate just plan to move out once they jack their rates. Over double would be unacceptable without the inconvenience and dinge. (Pics taken a week apart.)

It's hard to fully express my full appreciation for the services of this Columbia office, in particular Brandy, whose helpfulness never quit. In a nutshell, she walked a very computer-confused client through the process of understanding the system of reserving and paying while maintaining complete good will and patience. This saga occurred over a period of several days, the end result being a very satisfied customer. I cannot not overstate my relief and satisfaction. This is a very glowing report, but it is not overstated.

My monthly rent has gone up $50 in two years. Pretty ridiculous
We purchased a unit while this was still 'Extra Space Storage' in an attempt to get away from Public Storage, as they were constantly hiking their rates. Well, guess what. Without notice, our unit went from $76 in December 2021, to $98 in January, and again will be $98 in February. This company is ruthless and doesn't even follow its contracted agreement for a 30-day notice of any price changes. Don't bother reporting them to BBB as they have a 1-star rating with nearly 2000 reports. They don't care. Since the take-over from Extra Space Storage, they've replaced their all-metal, very sturdy push-carts, with less-than-grocery-cart-grade plastic bumper cars. There's visible trash on any given floor, and whatever 'HVAC' setting they want ... such as "airflow" is what they'll give you. In the summer, it blows hot air, in the winter, cold. They're buying up all the competition, and charging whatever they want. I'm all about capitalism, but this is seriously bordering on a monopolistic takeover. Heed my warning fellow storage warriors.
