They cancelled my reservation for no reason the morning before I showed up leaving me in a difficult situation. They then offered me the same unit for $50 more month and would not adjust. This appears to be a bait and switch operation. Be careful.

Leaky rooftops that damage stored items.No power to see in the dark. App is useless. Try to manage account and change cards. Moronic system still charges old expired card vs new one entered and saved....anywhere else would be a better choice. Rarely can staff be found onsite....not in a few months anyway. So after they attempted to charge the wrong card (updated 10/31)they send me a 24hr link to prevent late fees but they wait to send the text till 11/3 and the link is not valid. Like I said anywhere else. NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE

This place has water problems, rat and roach infestation! The black boxes in between the units are rat traps that don't work! My entire unit was completely destroyed. I lost everything! A whole entire 3 bedroom home. LOST! Furniture, clothes, kitchen essentials, keepsakes! And they only give you up to $5000. Me and my family have to start from scratch! All I got was an, "I'm sorry but, it's a good thing you have insurance!" Never rent a unit from them! This is the Dorchester Road location. Ma. Shannon, however, was truly awesome! She went above and beyond for me. Thank you, Ms. Shannon!

The unit is awful. I went to take my things out of storage and I had multiple item that had been chewed on, i found rat droppings, and my furniture had mold all over it. When I went to inform the employee, first thing she said is do I have insurance. No I dnt I understand the mold something easy to clea, but it's nothing Public storage can do for my items that were destroyed by rats. She then proceeded to say, I have to call Pest Control. Extremely unsatisfied, WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. NO RESPONSE NEEDED OR WANTED. JUST STRAIGHT FACTS!!!!!!!!!!
