The cleanliness of the facility is impressive. The units are well-maintained, and the entire area is spotless.
The units have light bulbs in them and they work!! When mine burned out here came Amanda with a long pole and changed it for me!
The prices are fair and the units are huge. I think they're bigger than what they say they are lol!! And....
one unique feature that stood out to me is the porta potty on-site. It’s convenient for those moments when you need a quick restroom break during your visits. Most places don't have one, or it's in the office and you can't get in there after they close shop hours. This should be required at all storage units.
Overall, I highly recommend this storage facility. Amanda’s excellent customer service, the cleanliness, and the thoughtful amenities make it a top choice for anyone in need of storage space.
This is by far the best storage facility I've used. It's affordable, it's always clean. The best part is Amanda in the office, that girl is on point! She is always friendly and she definitely knows what she is doing, as long she is there I know my stuff is safe! All around great storage facility!

Cause I won't name names... but there was a place down further into salem... not open, no one there... here I sat with a loaded truck and a garbage day behind me....The hours of operation with no way into anything ? So I started my day today with the goal to find a storage unit, and it wasn't looking great I almost just went home and called it quits, that was until I came to this location and let me tell you Amanda will answer all the question you have and go above and beyond she showed me some units that are available every unit is nicely swept, its an older property for sure but its kept clean 100% recommend.
