Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 8307 E 81st St, Tulsa, OK

I met Lynda yesterday, she got me all taken care of for my online reservation. She is patient and explaned everything to me as she should. I understand the process. I feel like this was a good choice for my location of the places i could have went to. You dont find employees like this everyday. I got a good deal and will be moving in !

I want to give a big shout out to Mandi today at the Coweta location of Public Storage. She was so knowledgeable and immediately was able to resolve my issue and provide me with the unit I needed at the location I wanted. I was so impressed with her level of customer service, it’s not often you get this in todays DIY digital environment. She provided lots of information to ensure I would be able to use the app and get onto the property. She asked good questions to guide me so I got exactly what I needed at the. Thank you Mandi. Public Storage is lucky to have a professional like you on board.

We used Public Storage near 81st & Memorial because it was closest to our home, and closest to my mom’s home. . . We stored a few things when she downsized to an apartment. When she passed away, we moved a lot of her things to the storage unit simply because we couldn’t deal with it all in the two weeks we had to move out. The people who run this storage facility were kind, compassionate and extremely helpful every single time I needed assistance. I highly recommend this place if you need storage for anything. . . Not only is the price right, there are plenty of different sized units to choose from. It is clean, climate controlled and there is a flat bed with wheels for large items. I will definitely use them again. I always felt safe ….. (even if I was going there alone) ….. inside the locked building where the smaller units are located. THANK YOU Lynda. You are a kind, generous person, and we appreciated your help.

Lynda was very helpful in setting up my account and getting me checked into the storage unit- excellent service! I appreciate the climate control, security measures, and the remote gates with the app.

Worst place to store items! They call you and tell you they have recieved your money and then sell your storage out from under you with no explanation and then constantly transfer you around to people and make you wait 30 minutes on hold to be transferred again!

Most times they are closed early which makes making payments on time difficult. Recently they told me I was a month ahead, which after receiving notice I paid but will be finding a new place to store my things after never missing a payment for 3 years. The office always smells like smoke, an the man that works there always makes my wife feel really uncomfortable. Update: once again both attendants leave the office right as I walk up and do a routine walk around the entire building while I wait to make payment. All the while no room to park in front of establishment as they have a ton of rock… terrible customer service and increasing rates… 🤦‍♂️

I was impressed with Public Storage and took advantage of the sale going on, so the pricing was great. Also, Lynda was so efficient & pleasant to deal with - she answered all my questions.

Lynda has given me the absolute best service out of anyone that I’ve spoken to at multiple public storage locations. I’ve been dealing with my deceased brother’s unit that’s in another state and she has been so helpful and brightened my day even though I was going through so much heartache. She’s a really kindhearted and helpful person. She even remembered me when I came back to make another payment!
