N3eded this badly. Trying to move on budget. They lied during first call setting up reservations. They said it only cost a dollar for first month. When I got there that's not on my reservation. I called company that by the way record calls so if they looked at my first call when reservation was made they would hear the gentleman say a dollar more than 11 times on phone call. They are fruad and it's the original price 78 dollars. So I wasted time gas money to have nothing . They are a fruad. I have screen shot of site pulled up saying they do dollar first month rent. Totally fruad. Miss amber in front office didn't try and help me at all saying she doesn't see it on my reservation.
Had this storage a while back. I would not recommend storing your belongings here. The walls are corrugated metal in-between the untis. This means that if the unit on the other side of yours is over filled it can push your belongings over, we personally had many items broken due to being knocked over with great force. The office was really no help. This happend multiple times. Everything was a hassle. I was also sprayed with the pressure washer when the guys were spraying untils off from the other side. There are more convient places to store I suggest elsewhere before here.
The numbering was a little confusing at first, but you had the information needed and the staff lady was very helpful and friendly

Throughout the years, in a number of States, I've dealt with Public Storage, but I have to say; The service, kindness, and competence from the staff at the Stillwater, OK location on Perkins Road is, by far, the best I've experienced. They know their stuff and that makes the whole experience of renting from them enjoyable. KUDOS to all of you at the 3416 North Perkins Road location.
Our storage unit got completely infested with cockroachs. We've never had them in our life! I lost thousands of dollars of electronics and had to throw away photo albums. Not only would they not give us any of our money back, but they charge a $600 fee if you leave anything in the unit! Save yourself the trouble. Go to uhaul. Our stuff was cockroach free for years there!

I would absolutely not recommend Public Storage to anyone. If I was able to give negative stars I definitely would. I was here when it was Simply Storage. Right before selling to Public Storage, they went up on monthly rent $50 on a $220/ monthly unit. I complained and essentially took a $25/ monthly increase. Almost instantly Public Storage increased rent another $80 monthly bring my total to $325/ monthly. A $105 increase in a matter of less than 6 months. They have harassed me to sign their rental agreement, which I will not do as I did not contract with them originally. I would in no way recommend Public Storage. Straight up price gouging. Also, if I could give - 5 Stars or more I would be happy to. Giving one star is entirely too much credit.

We had a storage unit out there for a while. It started off ok but then we were given a 24 day notice that rent was going up by $76 a month! The local staff have been fantastic but unfortunately we will have to take our business elseware due to price increases. I don't recommend using this storage place, it's probably the most expensive around.
Only thing I don't like are the hours it's open, wish it were 24hr.

The staff was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. The unit was just the right size (5’x10’) and clean upon first inspection. The free lock and inexpensive renter’s insurance through their facility is so convenient and reassuring that our belongings are secure and protected. Definitely recommend!!!

Warning: DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. Almost all of the 5 star reviews on here happen after the tour when you have the manager ask if you can leave a 5 star review and won't do anything else until you do. My unit was promised to be insulated but wasn't and when I left my stuff in storage for a month I returned to spiders infesting almost everything I owned and snakes living inside my furniture. When one of the snakes damaged my mini fridge I was told to go through the insurance but surprise, the insurance doesn't cover pest damages! So after going a few rounds with the insurance for months I got told there is nothing they can do and they refuse to provide a refund. You would have a better chance leaving your stuff on the side of the street while your gone than use these pest infested storage units.
Had the perfect size storage unit needed for the property inherited. Not to mention the free month was a big bonus!

Be very carful when renting a unit here. They charged me $70 for 8 days and then charger me $80 for the following month. That's $150 for 38 days! if your looking for something affordable then look else where. I went here to try and save money and I got coned out of $80. I am very upset. They told me that I was covered for the month of January then charged me again for that month. When I called and ask why they said to be so sad.

Safe, clean, convenient
The staff seems very inexperienced but overall a very good storage facility. Very good security and informative staff. We've never had issues with accessing our unit or anything being stolen/tampered with. Only down side is they raise prices frequently and with minimal notice but overall great and still our go to storage facility.
Destiny was very pleasant and accommodating in helping us start our rental contracts and answering all of our questions. The facility seems to take great pride in making sure things are secure for their customers.

I never write reviews, but this was my first time renting a storage unit and the process was awful. No one was at the front desk. The door was locked. Why have a store front if no one is going to be there to help paying customers?
Whenever I called to get help, I was never put in contact with someone at the Stillwater facility. The lady on the phone did the best she could, but even no one was answering her from the facility when she reached out.
Got called multiple times for past due bills. I enrolled in AutoPay, so I figured it would automatically charge my card. NOPE. Instead, fees were added to my next payment. When I went online to pay, I couldn't. In order to pay I had to unenroll in AutoPay, put my card information in, then reenroll.
So beyond frustrating!!!
such kind and communicative employees! walked in a bit panicked because of my move out date and the unsure of where i was going to store my belongings. i was helped with much care and understanding, which greatly calmed my nerves! ended up renting a unit, for a reasonable price. Highly recommend working with this company! will be back again!
