For some reason, they close all the time and you can’t ever get in there to get your stuff because the clothes is really early. I don’t see any reason for him to ever close.

Had issues with the original lock not working, the lady working was very kind and replaced the normal lock with an upgraded one with no extra cost to me. 10/10 customer service.
The staff is super! Both Mrs Deb and Mr Andrew. They are both great workers and helped me out a lot.
Clean Facilities for the storage, no issues with rodents or bugs. Had to get on site staff twice for questions and both times they were immensely helpful. Enclosed in an automatic gate with personal code for entrance, felt more secure when needing to stop by after hours.

During one of my family's lowest times, having to put our entire life's possessions in the hands of others was quite scary. From the first day I came to inquire, Debra.... Was absolutely AMAZING. Extremely personable, saw that every part of my move in was flowing just so, and the compassion she had for my entire situation, is something I'll never forget. Even after being here several months .... They STILL continue to be so helpful and right here when I need them most.
Turned in my keys and moved out of my unit and still being billed 😒 this place is a joke.

I highly recommend this place with the new management. Deborah and Andrew are awesome. They both have great customer service and answered any questions I had. I have rented here for the past 3 maybe 4 months now and I have never had a problem and if I did, Deborah and Andrew both helped me. I have had awesome experience with this place.

I was having trouble getting a unit online I came into the office and Andrew helped me step by step get it all set up. And he also showed us exactly where out unit was !! Exceptional service.

I really don't know why i can't get in after 5pm when everyone else can get in until 9pm.
I'll be moving my things else where if it doesn't change.. says business hours for some reason. But I'll be moving my belongings out of the 2 units if I don't get access like others..

The only reason for leaving off a star is that Public Storage has some problematic rules. To get a reduced rate on my 15 year rented storage unit, which was getting way over market priced, I had to move everything from one unit to another! A real PITA!!! But I'd add the 5th star because Andrea, the manager, did everything she could to make the best of the situation. She's most lovely and easy to work with, did all she could to help me out!!!
The gentleman at the front desk was exceptional at answering my questions. Walked me through the whole processes and made it super easy. Would recommend for anyone who needs a unit
I had a large unit for over a year. Both starting and stopping service were hassle free. The unit was in good condition and dry. Quick and friendly response from staff when needed. Convenient location in town. Will use again should the need arise. 😀

Nothing but good experiences with this company. Andrea and Rob are absolutely fantastic and great to work with. Very flexible. The facility is very well kept both inside the gates as well as the surrounding area. I would definitely recommend Public Storage and I look forward to doing business with them again.

I met with Andrea today to get another storage unit and I found her to be very professional, helpful and well organized in getting me into the unit that I needed to rent. I have been a long term tenant and the facility is well managed and I’ve had no problems with theft or any vandalism. If you looking for a excellent place for storage needs and awesome facility manager like Andrea to get you taken care of. I highly recommend both.

Andrea, manager at the W. Leffel Lane Site, was and is very helpful and kind person who should be praised and given all the rewards and raises he deserves. But, your "We Care" customer service needs to be looked at. I did get help from a Supervisor but not until I was passed on by two other employees, hung up on , sent back to my local office, and finally given to a Supervisor(Michelle) by a third. Why your have on your site that you can change the Username and Password is not true when you can only change the Password. Someone in the Online Tech department needs to fix this issue. I do hope that they will do better in the future. 3 hours on phone it should not take.

Andrea always makes sure im taken care of and that no one messes with my property. She runs the storage very well and keeps everything nice and clean. She is also very kind to talk to and helps me when ever i have a problem.
Andrea went above and beyond to help me with storage lock issues. Even following up with a phone call to me on her day off to make sure everything with my unit was handled appropriately. She has always been kind, and helpful anytime I have needed help with anything!
10'X20' unit started at $90 per month years ago price goes up every 4 to 6 months. When it went to $315 in July 2022 I was done with them.

Made a reservation. Upon arrival they went open but sign clearly said 9:30 for opening hours. Called and was told they were getting ready to open. Meanwhile I sat and waited another 20 minutes, still not open. But want their money in a timely manner. Took my services elsewhere. Professionalism is to be open as says

Andrea is professional and always offers to help in any way. I only needed the unit for a short time but I frequently visited it. I would see her walking the compound with a rolling trashcan doing her best keeping the property clear of tire hazards and as presentable as possible. I have no problem recommending this location because she takes pride in her work. The facilities/grounds are decent in large part because of her.

Andrea has been very helpful anytime I have had a concern or need with regard to my business with Public Storage.
I have an online business and when I rented my unit I was told that my customers could pick their items up there. Well another employee today (so called manager) tell me today that i can't do that, grant you l do not sell out in the parking lot. So I go up to office to let her know I will find another storage facility. And she come out of a unit next to office smelling highly of pot. Not dealing with that. Since when can you live at a storage unit there. I will be reporting this to health department and calling corporate office.
Andrea is phenomenal! She was patient and extremely helpful. She made sure I was able to access the gate as well as the units. She explained the gate process in detail about the risk of being locked in if not out before 9pm, following with the gates opened back up at 6am. She was very fast on cashing me out, creating a personalized gate code (that greets me by name) and showing me all 3 units. Thank you for the wonderful customer service. 5 stars from me

I was really pleased with my experience. I called for a quote on a unit, it was just the right price to get us started. We were able to get into our unit the same day. When we went to sign our agreement the guy,Jehramy, was really cool and easy to work with. Even offered us a can of stuff that soaks up the moisture in the unit. Once we went to pay for it, it did end up being more expensive than we thought it would be, they didn't mention insurance was a must on the unit, until we got there to sign and pay. Otherwise the unit was clean and easy to find. I would reccomend to others, just be aware of the required insurance payment on top of whatever they quote you.
the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I was told a price of 30 dollars for a 5x5 unit, they ended up charging me 70 dollars. I got a complete run around and was never given my storage unit. 3 days later and they are now telling me this location is closed. They WONT refund me any of the money. I can't get anyone to give me answers, and any one that has answered the phone has been extremely rude, talked over me the whole time trying to explain my situation, and got hung up on over 3 times.
I called for rates and Andrea helped me. She did amazing and was able to provide me with the knowledge I needed.
