Rob was so helpful! We changed our unit size and location several times and he was so helpful in getting us what we needed for some last minute storage. He worked with us to honor a memorial day discount even though we changed our unit later and even opened up early for us so we could get our keys. We are so appreciative of his customer service!

Don’t do it! They raise the rent by $50 every 4-6 months without any reason!!! So by the end of the year your unit will easily cost $100 more than you originally thought you would be paying
This place has been HORRIBLE. Set up a reservation online, get to the property to find that I could not complete the move in, so we went to the kiosk which was helpful enough to get us a gate code to get into the property but failed to tell me what the unit number was and we couldn't pull it up on my account for some,still, unknown reason. We go to the unit and cannot access it because the unit has not been set up for online rentals like advertised. So after walking the entire climate controlled section and being told to accept a credit, take someone else's space, or go to another property we were forced to go to a different location which was additional miles on the Uhaul and an additional charge for the overnight charge. This company ripped us off by advertising a special, hiding an admin fee, and then screwed up so bad that it messed up my entire moving plan. Someone will be hearing about this ASAP.

Very friendly employees, very clean and well taken care of propert.
We’ve had three units at Public Storage for a few years. We recently combined everything into on unit. However, that one 10 x 10 unit was costing $240.00 per month. Needless to say, we’ve removed our things from this storage company. When I called to discuss the increase, I didn’t achieve anything. But, after informing them we have left, then I get offers of a discount. Not great customer, should have had that offer at the time of the phone call. Would not advise doing business with a company who increases the rent twice a year.
More signage needed to show where the units are , and more carts needed for the indoor units.
Phoned looking for outside storage for an RV. It was a very pleasant experience. No pressure and easy.
Poorly maintained. Dirty. Office personnel spread thin. Mike's made frequently. Payment applied to thel wrong site then accused of late payment. At one point three sites applied to me when I only had one.
Heidi was very helpful and assisted me on both my new storage units. Very helpful with my transfer into my newest unit at the Bethany Public Storage location. Heidi assisted me with excellent knowledge on all my questions and needs that I had. Very appreciative all that she has done ...she got me into both units that have great access to. Thanks big-time for all her help ....
First impression was that the unit was hard to find as it was in a building without my unit marked. The entrance is confusing as the keypad is only accessible on one side which is on the opposite side when you pull in. Once I got the app working I think it’ll be ok but we shall see. The unit was ready and waiting for me and the sign up was pleasant with the person on the other end very friendly. I’ll go with 3 stars but I think it’ll be ok as I use it.

We booked a storage unit for my father-in-law and after booking a decent rate online and moving all of his stuff into it they raised his rent by $70. This place will use low rates to get you hooked and then charge more than their posted prices once you have your stuff there...beware!

Was referred to this location after my reservation wasn't ready at another. Was told it would cost me $60 MORE for the same size I had reserved at the other location.
Typical BAIT AND SWITCH!!!
I rented 2 storage units at this location: one inside unit and one outside unit. The indoor unit was in pristine condition. I did have problems finding the indoor unit and keying in my code because of the location of the keycode box. I haven't seen the outdoor unit yet.

Jenna, who manages the Mason facility in a very professional manner, has been most helpful, beyond the call of duty, in finalizing the close out of my contract. She facilitated my efforts, my being wheelchair bound, following a very stressful and painful personal occurrence during my contract period while renting a 5 X 5 unit.
She helped clean out the specific remains left in my unit. She bagged up three large bags of items, wheeled them to the main office, and brought them inside. She will take appropriate actions in dealing with the items I didn’t trajectories.
When my handicap equipped van comes to pick me up for my return, I’ll load myself and my three bags into it and we’re off.
Thanks again to Jenna and to Public Storage during this most difficult time in my life.
