I was on the site as security for a general contractor and the facility manager Hannah was an absolute delight to work with. She was knowledgeable, courteous, and very pleasant. I have been on site for 2 days and she has been a great partner in seeing to it that both the contractor and myself were treated respectfully and assisted in a timely manner. If you're in the market for a storage unit in the Columbus area, I would definitely suggest talking to her about it.

Not sure how this place has such a high rating. I’ve tried to stop on property twice now to speak to a human face to face and the office door says OPEN, but the door is locked and no one is in the office and forget about getting anyone’s attention... not happening. It’s nearly impossible to have any human interaction face to face with someone at this location. If you call the local number on the door you get a general recording and if you press 4 to speak to the property manager they don’t answer the phone and it goes to a voicemail. I do not live in the area so when I am able to stop at the property it would be really nice to be able to see an actual human to answer any questions I may have. I don’t have time to sit onsite and wait for someone to call me back from a voicemail. I’m moving my stuff out very soon as they don’t deserve any more of my money. Terrible and do NOT recommend.

Edit: those people are CROOKS ! My stuff was allegedly secured with one of their locks but they said someone cut it and took my stuff ! Convenient they only took a few things I wouldn’t notice instead of EVERYTHING of value like a normal thief . Then they gave the excuse of not having cameras facing my unit . Big shocker . Save your money and go elsewhere . They’ll eye your stuff if you ever go up for auction and even if you pay it, they have access to your unit and WILL take your stuff . Then blame it on someone driving or walking by that broke in and selected JUST your unit and none of the others and yours is in the MIDDLE of the lot . More trustworthy storage companies out there . Do your research !

Rent went up every few months. The potholes in this place are ridiculous. You'd think with the raise in cost they would take care of that bs.
No leaks or break ins though, so thats good. no issues with staff, but i do wish there was a way to get ahold of them if they are not at the desk. Work phone they bring with them when out of the office maybe idk.

Anne was super helpful with the "move-in" process. I originally booked online, but realized after seeing the unit that it was too small I opted to transfer to a larger unit. With the help of Anne, she made the transition quick/smooth! Her service was great.
Things to note:
- the storage units have a specific lock. You can't just buy any lock. I would suggest to take a look at it first, then see. You can get the lock refunded <30 days if you somehow find one that fits.
- rates will change after a certain period. You're NOT locked into the price, unfortunately.
- insurance is required at move in. They give you one during move in day, but you decide to keep it or cancel and find another company to have coverage based on your budget.
- there is usually 1 person servicing the facility at a time, so if there is a lot of people, expect to wait. They may be giving someone a tour which means the doors will be locked - does not mean they're closed. Best if you make an appointment.

Had a very pleasant experience at this location - this was my first time having storage and I probably asked a million questions but the lady in the office had an answer to it all - She was patient with me even though she was very busy when we arrived with what seemed like a lot of payments - I did not catch her name but she has some really cool tattoos and presented herself in a manager-like way. Any who - thanks again we will probably stick with this location for all our storage needs now.

Where do I start? This Public Storage location is TERRIBLE. If I could give zero stars I would. I have been renting a unit here for 1 year, and last week I entered my unit (after checking back periodically) to find there was a serious mouse infestation. I will attach photos. I purchased the Orange Door insurance, which subsequently only covers up to $250 for rodent damage. I have thousands of dollars worth of clothing, furniture, and other items that have been damaged. After discovering the rodent evidence/ damage, I decided to come into the office (next day) to speak with management. Hannah was the manager on duty and she made my already terrible experience even worse. She had absolutely no solutions for me, only attitude. She was rude and extremely disrespectful (not only to me, but also to her new employee who was on duty), she lacked empathy for the situation, and she’s not a leader. She should not be managing anything. When the new employee called her for assistance with my issue, Hannah told her she was busy cutting locks, and to figure it out herself. The new employee proceeded to call managers at other locations for some assistance without luck, before finally contacting Ben the district manager. He was a lot more polite, but still had no real solution for this issue. They offered to waive April’s rent (obviously I’m moving my belongings), then still proceeded to charge my account. This property should be liable for the fact that they are renting these units with the knowledge that they have an extreme rodent infestation. One of the employees told me “they are aware of the rat problem, and just don’t do anything about it”. This is disgusting. Ben also told me after I discovered that my items were destroyed, “This is a store at your own risk facility”. I was not aware that rodent infestation was a risk at this facility. Public Storage is a company that specializes in scamming. I payed to store my items in a safe place. My items were not safe. Don’t rent from these scammers. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau & I have already contacted the Public Storage corporate office which also is a joke. These are the storage units from HELL!
Horrible public storage. They raise your monthly payment the longer you stay there.
Hannah did a fantastic job to help us get the right storage we needed. She patiently explained all the possible options, showed us the storage and then came back to check on us to make sure we were good. She was patient, very caring and simply an awesome person. If you happen to meet her in the office, be rest assured you are in a good hand. I am giving 5 star because of Hannah, she deserves a pay raise and a promotion. 😊

They are horrible so don’t do it. I set a move out date for the 8th of the month and they still made me pay 175$ and a late fee to get my stuff. I basically had to pay for the whole month even though my stuff was only in storage for 8 days of this month. I asked could they prorate seeing how I wasn’t going to be using the storage for the whole month and was told they don’t do that..
