The doors were always left open and broken so it was not really secure... The owner was super obnoxious and would confront you if you owed money or call you non-stop. I understand I'm late on my payment but it's embarrassing to come to me in person. I actually can manage my bill online and don't think you need to contact me. The automatic doors were always broken. Some of my items came up missing.

I was given a price of 25 per month and then found out that insurance was added, so it would come to 41 a month. Thankfully, I was told what to do and I was able to cancel the insurance! Twenty five is a great price! Lots of room for my things!

Just got this storage unit 12/28 I show up on 12/29 to get in and drop stuff off the app won’t let me have access to the codes, telling me I owe $10?? I pay the $10 and it still says I still owe the money. I call the customer service number on the building, she Says sorry, I’m just 411 and HANGS UP on me! I call back and she just keeps telling me she is 411 and can not help me. The local number listed claiming they are open but no one answers.
