When I rented a unit someone from Public Storage called me to offer me a low monthly rate. When I contacted PS about renting, I was offered a lower rate. I specifically asked if this rate would stay the same and was not some “introductory rate” and was told it would not, that my rental would be $110. In one month they have increased my rent from the rate of $110 to $162 which is almost 50% higher. That’s extortion. I would expect a slight increase of maybe 5-10% over time but have only had the unit for a few months. A 50% increase is extortion.

I have rented 3 units at this facility for almost 20 years now. The property is always clean and Brandi takes care of me. She knows all of her 700 customers by name and makes sure everyone walks out of her office with a smile. I highly recommend this Public Storage and Brandi. I wouldn't go anywhere else! She always keeps me updated on any changes cost and rent request.

Great and easy service
On my 1st day, I discovered that the remote access into the facility was not working. Then, I discovered that there was no light bulb in the unit or pull string to turn it on. I checked with the office and they did not have either in stock. So, I purchased and installed both. The remote access also did not work when I exited. Initially, I was informed that it was due to the extreme cold weather. When I returned on a day when the weather was 70 degrees fahrenheit, I was informed that the problem is systemic and that there was no ETA for when it may be repaired. What happened to customer care?

The staff here has always been nice, no complaints there. I have had a large 10 by 30 unit at this location for about 5 years. Every few months they have hiked the prices. Currently I am at $412 a month but just received an email that starting in February my new total will be $535. Just ridiculous. This is a regular outside unit with no lighting or climate control. $535! There are no cameras here and the gate is open most of the time. Just be aware that this is the business model if you are a long time customer. They will consistently raise rates to the point you cannot afford to stay. Just for reference most of their competition is at about $200 for the same sized unit. Just super disappointed with a company who takes advantage of their longtime customers and as you read the reviews, you can see this is consistent with them.

The doors on the units could use a little work but other than that, a good cheap storage place. EDIT - it doubled in price in 1 year. Store your stuff elsewhere. EDIT 2 - the gate has been opened for 6 months and when you ask about it you get rudely told that it's an ongoing IT issue. For 6 months.

Very rude lady that works there, inconsistent price rates, mold from water getting in the units, no cameras, and they keep the front gate open 24/7, so anybody can get in and steal whatever they want. I do not recommend this location!!!

Terrible experience here. I am currently renting spaces but will move out as quickly as possible. Just received my 5th notice for rate increase in last year. Price for one unit has moved from $180 to $310 per month. Other spot has moved the same. Their business model is to get you in then quickly elevate prices once you’ve moved in your stuff. The security is also questionable. Each time I’ve been in recently there is a car randomly parked in the middle of the aisle, and multiple times I’ve found small toys or food on my trailer from people or kids playing. Lights don’t work in my unit despite me bringing this up a few times.
Find somewhere else. There are better options. They may start off more expensive but you’ll pay less over time and you’ll have a better experience.
I was a customer for over 10 years and finally had enough of paying high rental prices and went in to go through my unit. I realized almost every box that was left was gone through and items were stolen. I got behind on my rent and they were going to put it up for auction but I paid it not knowing they already went through my unit and took basically what they wanted . When I told the girl at that front office she said there's nothing they can do and I should've had rental insurance to cover theft as they weren't liable. I mean I was in complete shock that it wasn't nothing to them. I was under the impression my belongings would be SAFE FROM THEFT BUT I WAS WRONG!!! Then I moved out almost what was left out and they still sent me a email stating they were going to auction what was left and claimed I owed them almost 900$ !!! RENTERS BEWARE!!! UNLESS YOU HAVE A RENTERS INSURANCE YOU'RE NOT SAFE!!!

I can't open the door to my storage room. I have been in contact with them several times during the last three months and I still cannot get access to my property.
It’s not often I take the time to give a review. However, I am at my wits end with this place! Very disorganized staff and after being LOCKED IN the facility last night for over an hour with my son, because my code failed to work is very upsetting, thankfully someone came through and opened the gate and we were able to get out! I called their number when we were locked-in hoping someone could open the gate to let us out with no luck. It should be illegal to lock somebody in a facility and I’m pretty sure it is. I then receive a phone call this morning regarding my complaint, only to be greeted by somebody who blamed me for the incident. This place is ridiculous and their service is horrible, and in my opinion dangerously operated. I do not recommend this place to anyone especially if you have children.
I didn't rent a space at this time due to complications with my wife, but I would recommend working with Public Storage. Brandy, the manager, is a wonderful lady and actually listens. Thanks for the help.

Brandy was a huge help, I got an 8X12 that seems a little small(8X10), I didn’t measure it; yet. Everything fit nicely. They could have spent some money clearing some of the ice and snow, it looked as if they did nothing.
