Jasmine at Public Storage on E 92nd Street is Absolutely Amazing. First, she greeted me with a smile, said Good morning and was super patient in showing me different spaces on different floors. Although I kept changing my mind about which space I wanted, she was calm, patient and did not get annoyed with me. She cleaned out my new space and is overall such a wonderful employee. I went with the intention of closing my space but after meeting her, I decided to keep my space. Thank you Jasmine. You are the best.

They changed the access hours without any heads up. Horrible decision and it ruined my life. I have to walk all the way to 110 street now to have early and late access to my stuff.

Jasmine Jaquan I am a bit late posting this, and since have once again, experienced a wonderful interaction with both Jasmine and Joquan. And so they are truly deserving of two, and I will catch up, but for now I just want to make note that this should count as two reviews We needed to switch storage units to construction, and it was not something I was looking forward to. However, Jasmine made the experience absolutely easy even pleasant. She was kind, she was helpful, she was patient, she put my anxiety at ease, she was everything yeah you were expecting employed a B and more. When one can imagine how hard they must be working to facilitate this movement of everyone relocating, it makes it even more obvious what a professional she is. With a Joaquin helping, the experience was just so pleasant, I just had to stop and offer a review! Would you please make sure they receive the accolades they deserve. (The next time ai come in, will check with them to see!) I thank you for putting such a fine team at our location.

When I first came in I was greeted with kindness from the two associates there Jasmine and Jayquan. I ended up purchasing a unit today, the process was very quick and easy. I was able to understand the prices of each unit effectively and what would be suitable for my situation. Jasmine made sure she gave me a tour of everything! She was very nice and lovely during the process and she made sure I understood everything regarding rules and how to set up access. Thank you !

Nice new modern place but they kept raising my rates. every 6 months your rate increases by a percentage. This is discretionary based on the employees attitudes. Pretty sure you could toss them some cash for a better deal especially if they are away from the counter/cameras. Decided to move my stuff to a different facility. Very happy I did. Also after they officially take you on as a customer they pressure you to leave a five-star review. They said they count up the reviews and they're competing to win $25 starbucks gift cards or a pizza party from they're boss

Always get your price online reserved first. It will be almost twice as much in person. Luckily I was able to toss the woman a $20 while she was showing me units and got a better rate. Always tip your storage associates!

From the first moment I dealt with the Public Storage customer service personnel they were very professional. If it is needed again I will continue to do business with them. Thank you Public Storage. Especially Jasmine.

BEWARE: They will charge you for insurance up front even though your homeowner's insurance will cover your space. They act very casual and assure you that the insurance will be deducted once you go online and remove it. Well, that is not true. We were charged for 2 months of insurance, I called to get a refund and was told absolutely NO refunds under any circumstance. Please don't fall for the casual assurances that the account is all set. Do not leave the premises until you can see that no extra charges are being added.

Clutch. This place made our time living in the UES exponentially better. Very grateful for the accessibility and the staff. Jaquam was always extremely helpful whenever I had questions and even helped me lift a book case when my wife was too pregnant to do so with me! If we ever move back to this area, we'll be customers again.

I had to recently relocate my storage unit to another level given renovations at this unit. Usually, a painful process, it was made simple and easy, all thanks to Tamia. She showed me all options for relocation unit and was able to locate an ideal spot after some searching around. Jaquan at the office reception is friendly and helped with the relocation process as well! Thank you both.

The facility is excellent with a reasonable price and impressively clean. I had some move-out issues, however the staff handled the situation with care and successfully resolved the problem.

Great service always at this location. Particularly Jasmine, who was helpful with my tour/signup and again several months later when I lost my access card. Facility is clean and easy to use.

I've had unit here since August and overall, I have to say that it's an excellent facility. The prices are mostly fair, and the place is exceptionally clean and well run. However, I had a customer service experience that really soured my opinion of the place. As I was trying to put a box in my pricey storage unit, I was suddenly surrounded by staff who began shouting at me for violating a rule that was not only unusual but also not posted. It was a very uncomfortable and unexpected experience, and I felt like I was being treated like a criminal. To make matters worse, I overheard the staff openly mocking me to each other after the incident. Unfortunately, this experience really detracted from my overall opinion of the place. While the facility itself is excellent, the limited hours and poor customer service I received bumps this down to two stars for me. I hope the staff can work on improving their customer service skills, so that others don't have to go through the same experience that I did.

This place does not give you 24hour access. When it closes at 5pm and 6pm, you can’t get into your unit. It’s a joke! Rent at Manhattan Mini Storage instead, better hours

Great place and great service. We can ask them anything about the place and the availability Andrew and Jasmine will assist. I would have given this place 5 stars but the hrs are a bit shortened. If we work earlier or later we miss the times to store our items and have to haul them back to our small apartment.

Such a seamless process! Andrew was so helpful when we arrived and jasmine gave great info via phone! Andrew made recommendations on unit that would be best for us based on what we needed and didn’t try to upswell us to something we didn’t need! The storage units are spotless and even smell clean!

The storage area is very clean and immaculately maintained. But what tops everything, is how nice, kind and efficient the employees are. La’Asia was so helpful and answered all my questions. She helped me setup everything and was an absolute gem.

Beware the sizes do not correspond to what is advertised. I checked 5 of them and they were al smaller by two feet which makes a huge difference. The company carries the name of public storage but they don’t follow the adécuate measures. They get you later because once you sign it is very difficult to change. The replacement has a higher price from advertised oneline Plus the selfie system of unlocking from the app does not work. Each time you take elevator one must place the code and they slows tremendously the time of moving in. Hours of operation are also quite limited I would appreciate if they stayed open longer hours. Place is clean and ventilation is good that makes it welcoming. The staff at office are not all well trained. One lady said the place was full and opened for a year, which was not correct since they had just opened 5 months around. Three ladies I met were not well trained to never impose themselves on a client. Rushing out never allowing friendly contact to be able to measure sizes ahead of time Be savvy before you pick up your space
