I don't leave reviews but I had to. This is one one the cleanest storage places that i have used in a long time. Ris is one of the most knowledgeable and sweetest people to help me. Every question answered, every anxiety I had about using a new place gone. I think I found my forever storage place. Thank you guys for all the hospitality and Makeout me feel comfortable with the transition.

Dealt with Ris. Everything was explained properly the price structure, the breakdown and how the payments are going to be. Ris was very thorough and very professional and understanding to needing a storage unit on such short notice. I would highly recommend PUBLIC STORAGE more importantly Ris to anyone in the community needing a storage unit.

For off Ris is who I got help from. That alone was a 10/10 experience. They helped me find the perfect size unit to meet all my need. Other than that I don’t have much of an experience to go off. Ris made it all happen so fast my worst day of packing up a loved one’s belongings and trying to find it a home was hard enough. Ris saved the day COMPLETELY 10/10 recommend

Ris helped me the most I've ever been helped. My every need was met like never before. I was astounded at how satiated I was. It was an entire new level of satisfaction. I don't know how I could rent from any one else after the personalized interaction I've had here.

Fantastic! Never have an issue here. Have been renting a unit for 6 years. Never have issues getting in and out of the property. Property is very clean. The staff is always polite, helpful and extremely knowledgable.

Gate hasnt been giving remote access through the app they force you to use for months now. They constantly change the TEN. Digit access code so most days you do not have access to your storage unit. Have complaint about this for almost 2 months now and nothing has changed. 80% of the time no one is working to assist on premise

Took a lot at the place a little while ago. The store and the grounds were kept really clean and organized. Staff is really helpful and knowable.

I found this place last min. I wasn’t too sure as I’ve had bad experiences with storage before. Luckily I had ris to help. With in 15 min I was able to move my things in and have help with exactly what size would meet my needs. She is the only person I will deal with there as her personality and professional attitude and attention to everyone who walks in. Makes it feel like I’m part of my new community. Thank you Ris!

Ive been renting units on and off at this location for years. This location is Not the closest to my house however we choose to use this location because of the positive and extremely helpful attitude of the employee Ris. Ris makes the rental process easy and joyful. We see Ris frequently walking the property to ensure safe keeping which makes us feel that our belongings are always safe. All public storage employees should learn from Ris to have the same enthusiasm and positive attitude and attentive to detail.

I have had to use a few different public storage due to my mom passing and me moving. When I went to the miller place location I was ready for the headache I got from every other one of little to no help. That was not the case here. I had the pleasure of having Ris help me. I will never switch my location again because of them. I needed 3 units and the office was about to close. Understanding my really hard last minute situation Ris stayed helped me pick the best and most affordable units and sizes for my needs. Even stayed well after they needed to, to make sure everything was to my needs. I can’t thank them enough for their kind deed although it seems like “just their job” it meant the world to me and relieved my anxiety by a million.

Got a great rate for a 10x10 unit but not even 6 months later they send me an email stating my rate is raising by over $40.

I'm very pleased with the customer service I received today in a short notice I wanted to get a bigger unit to transfer. This gentleman Dylon was extremely helpful,understanding, and helped me with exactly what I needed. He's the man man!!! 😁😁😁

I booked this space online and did not head over right away to check in so Dylan was just about to call me as I walked in. Talk about timing and professionalism. This place is so clean, and the office has a very lovely scent. I'm all about pleasant scents. Dylan and Angela helped me out in the office and they are very friendly and knowledgeable and accommodating. The units are clean and well lit, and I would recommend this facility to anyone looking to store their stuff!

My experience was absolutely amazing . She was professional and extremely accommodating!! So pleased

My wife had a unit here. She informed the front desk that we were going to be discontinuing our rental 2 months before hand so we wouldn’t be charged for anything after removing all our belongings on the last month, which we informed front desk again a week or so before as well to remind them. So just like we were supposed to we had everything out of the unit, lock taken off, everything done that was supposed to be done before the next charge/payment cycle hit. Guess what happens? We get charged and we were also charged some kind of fee for something, pretty much saying we didn’t inform them. No one was ever at the front to talk to except for someone who said we had to call some supervisor guy, we called this guy and left a message literally 30 times and kept all the proof that we called and never had a call returned or a call answered, no matter what time of day it was. No one ever answered, but ironically the night we emptied our unit, it took a little longer than expected so we left the facility about 5 mins after the yard closes, we get an email from them saying that we were there past hours and that we could be charged a fee, pretty much yelling at us for being there 5 mins after hours. Meanwhile it’s a coded gate that’s not manned by anyone so what is the problem exactly? Does electricity cost more after 9pm? Anyway, so they never answered us, but were quick to call about the after hours thing and also to tell us we owed them money for leaving without notice since they charged us for another month after we left, but we did notify them, just no one ever answered. Finally my wife ended up in touch with a district manager or something and he was “very upset”, (honestly, you can never tell if it’s sincere or not, probably just trying to stay on our good side), he finally got rid of the charges and had refunds sent and closed it out, but this literally took like 2 months from the time we emptied our unit, to the time we reached an agreed solution. Very stressful overall though and just seems like all they care about is money and could careless about the consumer

Ris is such a positive person, she has been so helpful. Any problem i have she is eager to help. I wouldnt go to any other storage facility unless shes running it. Its been a pleasure doing business with her, very knowledgeable and very pleasant to talking to her. I will always rent from her when in need.

Owner/manager not on site. Rented a unit online. Big mistake!! When tried to access the unit, it was not accessible. Since the owner/manager is not on site or available, I traveled to Mt Sinai for help. Phil, the Mt Sinai manager was very nice and followed me to Miller Place to show me how to open it. He had great difficulty and concurred that the unit was not usable. Left a message that afternoon that I wanted a new unit or full refund. Meantime I'm receiving notices to secure the unit, which I can't open!!! Offering me a transfer and charging me a "move out" fee when I have not been able to move in. I want a full refund. Not a satisfied customer!!!!

Miller Place is an awesome location to rent with very low prices where Sundiata assisted me at another location to bring me here.

Employee there Sundiata was very knowledgeable about all my questions with inquiring for storage.

I love the Miller Place location Ris always is attentive to my needs and very friendly. I feel like I'm visiting a friend when I go to my storage unit. She does a great job for you guys. Thanks for having someone who cares for the customers. I would give her more stars if able. Thank you Ris!!!!

I had recently looked into getting a storage locker and trust me I had lots of questions! The manager Rís was very nice and super helpful! Rís actually made what would be a Normal and boring experience fun and enjoyable! If you decided to go to the miller place location I really suggest you ask for Rís!!

As someone who has been to many storage locations over the years, there is one location and one employee that stands out in all my experiences. The employee Carissa at Miller Place is one of the most knowledgeable and helpful people I have had the pleasure to interact with. She greets me by name, remembering me personally and she has always had a smile and kind words to share. She has stopped whatever she was doing on multiple occasions to greet me as soon as I enter the office and made me feel valued. I would recommend this location and associate to anyone looking for a friendly, competent and stress-free experience.
