Sarina is the G.O.A.T property manager here by far. She always greets you wearing a smile and always very pleasant. She is always willing to go the extra mile to help out with whatever I need. Bathroom access, account/ unit questions, gate issues, snow shoveling, etcetera are always handled professionally and quickly with a smile. When the heating units were not switched from A/C to heat for the winter. She was the 2nd property manager I had to address about the issue. The first guy said he had already done it, but clearly, it was never done. I have multiple inside units in different buildings. I checked them all. When I came in the next day, the inside, climate controlled units were at 40 degrees. About 15 degrees colder than the day before. I let her know. She immediately came out to all the units and made sure they all got switched over from a/c to heat and discovered a few of the units would not turn on. The 1 directly in front of 1 of my unit was 1 of them. She had maintenance out the very next day to correct the issue. Thank you so much, Sarina. When I arrive and find out that you are the one working my day is always better.😊. I hope this finds the right eyes because you deserve a raise. Sarina gets 5 stars 100%.

Sabrina was very helpful. My only complaint is there are no lights outside on at night. Many other businesses nearby have their roadside business sign lit up so you can find the place at night. Also not being allowed in after 9PM and having to be OFF property by 9PM is a real pain.

I’ve rented units here on two occasions. I’ve always had a good experience, the storage units are in good condition, the website and app are very useable which is a plus.
Joe helped me out multiple times including getting me switched to a larger unit the day I moved in as I realized I would need something larger. He was super friendly, helpful, and got everything sorted out very quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend this location for anybody in need of storage.

We were given incorrect information from the call center and I was hung up on 5 times when I was being transferred. The call center said the facilities were open until 6 and we waited in the cold and Sarina rescued us. There was a truck with 2 men ( professional movers) a management team and myself.
Sarina brought us in and patiently explained all the information and let the guys get going and moving the furniture inside. She was also comforting during a highly charged and stressful move. You are lucky to have her! She is kind, patient professional and efficient! Sabrina is the best thing about Public Storage.
