The facility is clean and safe but they raise the rate by 25% every 6 months so be aware. Abu in the office was very accommodating and courteous - I would give him 5 stars!

Property manager Trini gives me excellent service every time I come in. I have multiple spaces and I am very happy with the place.
I have been storing my 30' RV at this location for under a year. I have been paying $324 / month. I have been fortunate that my neighbors spot is vacant because it would be very difficult to back in a 30' RV between two other vehicals with very limited room to manuver, but I have accepted that. I just received notice of a rate increase from $324to$426. It's unreasonable. So I have to move.
Shop around theres other options.

We recently took our second unit in this facility. In each case Trini, the site manager, processed us. We are not very tech savvy, but Trini patiently walked us through - literally - the process. He was highly professional and competent, as well as patient and consistently concerned that we were comfortable and all our needs were met. This young man is truly an asset and makes doing business with Public Storage a pleasure.

Really bad costumer service. Also seems like you can't use the storage for business purposes, Like storing materials. Not climate control or easy acess.
Manager (Trini) was very helpful getting me started. Facility is clean and well kept.
Back on the phone w them because the rate was still not adjusted. They seem to tell you one thing and then continue to do whatever they want. Extremely dishonest company. Stay far away from this place. Items go missing. They raise your rate constantly. Started at 200 and was raised to over 400$ within two years. Spoke to someone in corporate who agreed to reduce my rate and they immediately raised it back to over 400$ within a week of him reducing it. Stay away from this company at all cost. They are taking advantage of people during these troubling times.
Got my first storage unit today, and the manager, Trini, was extremely helpful and very professional. He made my experience fantastic and gave me all the information i needed today and for the future. Its a very clean place, and well organized. A safe and friendly environment!
