Getting a storage locker with Ari was super simple. The process was a lot easier then other places I’ve dealt in the past. If you come to this location and Ari’s available, you are in good hands

I would rate public storage with zero stars They were doing work on the roof adding solar panels and caused a water leak not only to my unit but units to the left and to the right of mine they called on sunday night to tell me that there was water coming out from the front door i took the following day off to try and remedy the situation i found that my unit had filled with water and thatni had another problem there were live cockroaches i tried for several days to contact the area rep to get some satisfaction but my problems fell on deaf ears he told me i should go thru my homeowners insurance which has a 1000 deductable and also carries a threat of being dropped all because their contractor caused a leak and caused damage to my contents he told me they wouldnt give me the contractors insurance info either I am presently filing a small claims case against them in hauppauge I wouldnt dream of renting a unit from public storage anywhere i went to this facility specifically because it was new and i took the top floor so i wouldnt have water issues or bug issues guess i am finding out the hardway that they just dont care about their customers

I had a great experience at this facility and talking with Ari has given me full clarity that this is the storage facility that I need to use. She went into great detail and was excellent with her customer service. 5 stars hands down!

Prices always going up and the late fees. It is clean, well lit & and has someone there during the day.

Climate controlled, huge building, very clean.

Yikes another rate hike, again. I understand single digit rate hike but twice within a year time is crazy and this 2nd time double digits. I get the location is great as compared to other places I’ve seen but definitely not reasonable enough to continue here in the coming months. 2 stars just cause the place is clean and efficient.

Ari explained the current situation from Simply Safe to Public Storage. She guided me through the update process and made the transition easy.

I've been there for 5 years never once have I ever had a problem the employees there are extremely friendly to enter the building you have to put a security code in just not for one door for two doors and if you go into the elevator you have to use a security code for the elevator to move I'm extremely happy here and it's also very close to my home I've been in another storage places this one is by far the best A+A+A+A+A+A+A+A+A+A+

Very nice place and very clean but I have heard rumors that this company is being bought by public storage and they are a disaster over there hopfully workers don't get there pay cut over here too they deserve what they make and I know public storage does not pay their workers as much

Place is really clean and secure. Not a fan of the way they basically doubled the cost of my unit over the past 18 months

I usually do not do reviews. But thought I would as I was truly impressed here. The place was super clean well lit , laid out and appears newly opened!! The service here and process for renting is great . Ari was very helpful and profession-too. I highly recommend.

This location is very convenient and access is super easy. The storage manager ,Ms.Ari Perez is extremely helpful and knowledgeable ,will make your storage move just a pleasant experience. Feel very secure and safe in that facility.

Just started coming here. Seems very clean there are not enough loading wagons though. This place is very busy they need at least 5 or 10 more wagons for this, not to continue to be a problem between the customers using this facility. Other than that, no complaints are clean, well lit, and a good price.

This is place would be amazing if they kept the same price from the rental date. I mean I get inflation but damn. Took me out of a rental spot. Had a blast while here. Served its purpose. On to the next cheaper affordable spot. Thanks for the time. Well kept never had an issue besides the constant hike in price every couple of months. Dealt with too long. Plus there's places that do the first month free and honor the same price afterward. Great parking when there's nobody parked side ways with a uhaul by the entry code box area. Bathroom maintained as best as you would expect. Yet and still 5 stars. Lucky.

I have had many storage units over the years and this location is by far the cleanest and best kept. The manager Paul is always helpful, knowledgeable and has been able to accommodate my needs. Been here for 2yrs and I hv multiple units. I would definitely recommend.
