The cheap storage units are just a couple of miles south of Bald Hill, one of the highest points on Long Island characterized by wooded walking paths and meandering biking trails. Every few months rates go up. You can rent one for over $100 cheaper if I switch into my husbands name. Rediculous how often it goes up and how much rent is in general. No reason for it. And for what - front office is never there to help when needed, or you get major attitude- bathrooms are locked half the time- they only have like 3 carts for a large place - and the temp control doesnt seem to work very well. Definitly looking around.

I hear its a great place. I was thinking of putting my quad there, however, until I found out that the oriental lady that has the shopping cart that collects cans rents a storage inside and sleeps in there at night.
She also has been stealing as well. .

Initially the service was ok but be careful with keeping your card on file with them they quoted me a price and then started increasing the charges all of a sudden with out notifying me when I closed the storage unit still tried to charge my card when I called them they either don’t answer and say a manager will call you back . I never had this issue with other storage unit seem like there trying to steal unaware customers money .
