The I had no issues with this public storage site. I have used public storage some years ago and I have a unit next to the elevator or next to the door. The storage was clean and spacious. The best thing about public storage is excellent price specials in price and the staff is wonderful. I also like opening the gate without a code through my phone.

They have steadily raised their prices to the point of being more than double what I was paying when I first moved in. My fault for staying so long. When I found a new place closer to home, I offered them the chance to beat the price I was getting for a larger space. They actually got a bit short with me when I declined them "holding off" on the price increase and told me he put me in as closing out at the end of the month (I did not say I was doing that though, he was correct). They also are not maintaining the temperatures the same as they did when I first rented the unit, with the air being quite warm and humid. Recommend you go elsewhere.
We went to this location to rent a storage space after we tried looking for the closest to our home. It was a very good experience and Linda was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable.We haven't stored anything yet but it looks very clean and safe. So far it was great. Will update in a month.

So I'm at my local bayshore Public storage i met with a man named ludgi he is amazing he kept everything professional with me as well as he helped me look the type of storage he even measured it out for me just to keep my mind at ease and with that i have felt comfortable and safe to be able to keep my storage clean well groomed and as well he helped me figure out the confusion when i thought a Four by Four was a 5 by 5 he measured it out with me together and then i met a wonderful Lady named linda she is very professional She was amazing at keeping me centered when i kind of scrambling trying to figure out what to put in storage how to get everything in there i guess what I'm trying to say is if anyone had any doubts about Public storage in bayshore let me tell you this place is amazing they are kind gentle and warm they put your mind at ease by telling you and showing you everything you need to know about the storage Unit as Long as you keep it clean and you do the right thing everything will go great God bless you linda and Ludgi.

This place is the worst. They reel you in with a deal and then go up on rent almost every month. I’m now going to be paying 205 for the smallest space available just so I won’t lose my entire life in a 5 by 5. Despicable company. I’m looking for a new one before 3/1.
Public storage are a con business they reel you in and won’t let you out without paying a bogus bill. My unit was empty Nov 1 but they still charged me the full month of Nov and they wont do anything about it knowing I was gone in the 1st. worst company
Public storage in general is horrible. Nobody cares about anyone here. Disgustingly expensive. They charge $125 for a 5x5 and they force insurance on you for another $40. I decided to take all my stuff out and vacate my unit, but bc I used the gate this morning they are charging $125 for a full month. And nobody will do anything about this to help me. I don’t need services anymore why do I have to pay $125.00 I will never recommend this place to anyone ever again!
Angela was the best when it came down to helping me with all my questions and concerns. She went above and beyond I would definitely recommend her when you are looking for someone to simplify your process. She’s very sweet and kind when it comes down to making sure all things are aligned to your liking the process was very easy. Excellent atmosphere and wonderful customer service 10 out of 10. If you’re looking for excellent service and quality come here and ask for Angela. The facility is very clean and up to date wonderful service/ great deals.

This review is for the Regional and District Managers who see to it that their Property Managers are paid bogus wages. How can you pay someone $16 an hour to run a business for you on Long Island? That’s insane. Public Storage won’t profit from me, that’s for sure.

Very poor service from the rep at the desk to the district manager to the customer service toll free number.
Paying for a second floor storage unit with climate control, however 2 out of the 3 outdoor hvac units that provide air to interior units have been down for 4 days and counting. I happen to run into the hvac tech yesterday and was told, oh its just not working needs parts.
Try to get public storage to pro rate days of no climate control while paying for it is like trying to get an answer from the white house. Why am I paying for a service that is not being provided? Cannot get any 'higher ups' to call back. Pretty disgraceful. Thermometer inside my unit reading steady at 95° F.
