Talk about service! James went above and beyond what anyone could hope to experience. We were literally on our way out of state on a tight business deadline when we learned we had to move our vehicle to a new location before leaving town. Thank goodness James was working! We made it into his office 5 minutes before closing so he was technically still open. However, due to the normal rental process, coupled with technical difficulties beyond James' control, it took well over an hour. James not only never complained about staying late with a family waiting at home, he was an absolute delight and a life-saver for us business-wise. He should be highly commended!

My lady & I have moved to Vegas & just drove up over night. After getting our place, this Public Storage was the closest one to our location that was still open.
Upon arriving, Marina was such a diligent worker she took the time to explain to people waiting that she had to complete another task for an upset individual prior.
Once we had our turn,
She was VERY welcoming, courteous, accommodating and knowledgeable.
Our rental unit went SO smoothly and was a positive experience.
I wish ALL locations had an employee like MARINA.

What I like most about the public Storage facility on Maryland Parkway, at the Boulevard Mall, is the service.
All of the employees are VERY courteous, attentive, and always ready to help out.
In particular, I HAVE to mention Joy. She was EXTREMELY helpful, she communicated with me EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. She caused me to feel happy, as well as secure, with ANYTHING that I needed. Now THERE is a lady who knows a thing or two about customer service, AND satisfaction.

Just recently made use of this facility, the manager on property, Brian, was incredibly informative and courteous in meeting my needs for a storage locker. The property was very clean, well lit, and under full video surveillance security as well as manned security from the neighboring mall. It's also very cool inside, with air conditioned climate control.

Even on a windy day you've got an employee picking up the trash using the wind in their favor blowing most of it to the block walls. Picking up empty drink cups left behind sitting on the light posts. Thanks again!

I was here for several months and let me just say my experience was great. I can’t say enough good things about Courtney. She gets back to people so quick. She’s so professional and so friendly. I was actually sad to say goodbye. If you want a good renting experience where they know your name and they are easy to deal with and things run smoothly then get your space here. I’ll definitely be back if I ever need to store again.
