Wish I could give more stars staff are helpful but this public storage lacks a lot for starters one restroom with no hand soap and upstairs not even in the same floor as my unit there's no 24/7 access hours that they close are early I recently lost my job due to the hours conflicting my move and public storage open only the hours that my job operates security of the Maryland mall is very unprofessional discriminated my husband and me being unit recipients at the public storage on Maryland in disabled and LGBT and many and he discriminated me all over from mental health to who I am and my husband I will be doing something about this matter soon because I feel very disrespected and the fact I'm paying for a storage for this type of treatment not ok I've got a 10x18 and pay $166 a month if these matters arent fixed I will seek storage somewhere else and recommend friends family and aquintance to not come here and do business

Not worth the 1 star, if you want to move out or cancel a unit, do so in person or you'll never get a refund... incompetent workers

took my money for a unit I never got access to and now won't refund me my money, spent $105 canceled same day and they didn't cancel my unit until a week later, I think I'm waiting on my refund and I call and they said no one checked me out so it's just been sitting there unoccupied , and now they won't answer my calls to check on my refund of $75 since they said they would keep my one time fee of $30 after finally checking that my unit was never locked never occupied - fine, but give me my money back for a unit I never used ! just trash service , shouldn't be 5 stars at all ! giving me the run around about my money I'm thinking about taking legal action on them personally ... btw to order this unit you need to sign documents and bring your id in after purchase online - I never did because I canceled it , so the contract we ever had hasn't been valid ...

Just recently made use of this facility, the manager on property, Brian, was incredibly informative and courteous in meeting my needs for a storage locker. The property was very clean, well lit, and under full video surveillance security as well as manned security from the neighboring mall. It's also very cool inside, with air conditioned climate control.

Ask for brain he well take good care of you super good guy

This is my very first time ever having a storage unit. And I have to say that I am quite pleased with this place. When I first arrived in the main lobby, I was greeted by a very kind gentleman named Brian. You'll see him in a couple of pictures and videos I uploaded. He was very affable and super customer service friendly! He gave detailed and thorough answers and explanations for every question that I had. Furthermore, after I went online and reserved my storage unit, I returned to the facility, and Brian accompanied me to my new unit! He walked me through the directions on how to enter my access code, walked me directly to my unit, and showed me the ins and outs of how to properly handle the opening and closing of the unit. That's what I call GOING THE EXTRA MILE! Additionally, the premises, as you'll see from my pictures and videos, is superb! You might even see a video of him walking around with a custodial cart, because it appears he had just finished doing some cleaning and such. The man is working his buns off! So, not only is he giving superior service, but he's also maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the whole of the interior and exterior of this location. I didn't see any debris or bugs or pests anywhere! I was happy about that, too. In my purview, the company is very, very fortunate to have him. He was great! The pricing is pretty good, too. For all of the aforementioned reasons, I give this location five stars! It's a brand new facility, so I would not expect anything less. Now, in a year or two or five, things might change drastically! LOL But at present, this place is fantastic! Bravo Brian!

I was here for several months and let me just say my experience was great. I can’t say enough good things about Courtney. She gets back to people so quick. She’s so professional and so friendly. I was actually sad to say goodbye. If you want a good renting experience where they know your name and they are easy to deal with and things run smoothly then get your space here. I’ll definitely be back if I ever need to store again.
