Two years ago we sold a $4M dollar house for a client that had a number of very expensive items left in the home at the close of escrow. The seller had us put the items into storage for him because he lived in China and was not able to remove them. We have been paying the storage bill for two years and he reimburses us every month. About a year ago the original storage company we were working with was purchased by Public Storage and since then it has been a billing nightmare. Public Storage refused to help us get everything switched into the clients name that lives in China. They said they had to come in person to switch the account into their name but they live in China. Public Storage never sends us a monthly bill in the mail even after going down there in person and giving them all of our information. We had autopay setup on our property managers company credit card and then it stopped working for no reason at all. I went down in person twice to remove the items and non of the three storage unit keys that we have worked. I asked the Public Storage manager Brian to drill out the lock for me so I could buy a new one and he refused to help. He said we had to call our own locksmith. He never fixed our account and wasn't sending us any monthly invoices. Recently he called me for a payment and I tried to give him my credit card over the phone and he refused to take a payment and said I had to go on the app to pay online. I logged onto the app but it would not pull up my account when I entered my name and phone number. There is no human willing to help take my payment. I sent my employee down to pay him in person and he would not take payment from her either saying that she wasn't on the account. Now he's saying that he's auctioned off our belongings that were probably worth $15k without giving us any invoice for the balance due and no auction paperwork warning us properly that this was even at risk. I'm so upset as we pay our bills and are not refusing to pay. I asked Brian for proof for notice given to us and he hung up on me. This feels like a total scam. Who refuses payment and doesn't provide any notice before stealing our stuff. I called corporate and they said they didn't have my drivers licenses on file so they cannot look up my account. I gave my DL to Brian earlier this year in person when I went in to rekey the unit and I paid the balance due in person. Brian told me today that he deleted my account so there is no record of me anymore. What the heck????

It used to be a great storage facility back in the days. The management is so pathetic they don't like to deal with costumers face to face like they used to be. I have been parking trucks for 4 years and it was a great relationship I had when Rick. And the other people were in there now the public storage took over the service in general is trashy and they sure make you feel unwanted. They don't want to support small business owners but yet they are quick to take your hard earned money and to raise the prices

Assisted a friend with move in. While storing bins away the Manager Brian happened to walk by he introduced himself and answered all questions regarding the space and property. Definitely recommend!
I set up everything myself online whenever I got the unit, which was great. Brian was very friendly and helpful when I cleared everything out.
I recently moved and had to put my belongings in storage. I was lucky there was a Public Storage facility nearby. This facility, at 4622 Hualapai, is managed by Brian who provides some of the best customer service I've ever received. He's very personable and obviously takes great pride in maintaining his building in great conditions. The lobby is a hospitable place to do business as seating is available to customers and there are two clean restrooms. I recommend Brian and his facility without reservation. He's a pro at his business and a very nice person.

I rented a parking space here because of the parking restriction from HOA, However I did not park my car at Public storage a for a while because I did not get no warning letters from HOA from the date I rented it.
I recommend to stay away from this place because the manager wil harras you for not even using the space. This guy has very unprofessional attitude to it's customer! It was a horrible to deal with him!

This was Life Storage just a couple weeks ago. I paid $211 per month on a 10x10 indoor unit, since they switched to Public Storage it is now $295 per month for no good reason. Thanks for that!!! I just love throwing my hard earned money away for NO REASON!!!!!!!!

Honestly I cannot wait until my stuff is out of here. I have been in Michigan taking care of my father and my unit from 145 to 225 after 4 months. They will raise your rate without any sort of communication. I also paid over a month and never received a credit towards my account. Get someone in there that knows how to do their job and stop “tricking” customers on non disclosed rate raises. I will be there by the time I pay that price to get my things. What a joke.
I haven't been to see the facility as of yet. Moving to Vegas this week, needed a storage facility for the moving company to be able to drop my things off .
Life Storage of LV had the most convenient locations, and definitely the most affordable rates.
Of course my internet glitched right in the middle of signing up, so I needed to call a C/S Rep on a Sunday. She was the most pleasant C/S person I have encountered since the beginning of CV19. That right there told me I picked the right facility.

Extraordinary in customer service. I am on holiday away with my mother in Hawaii and did not realize my move out day was set for today and my large unit balance pulled from my account. Brian was super accommodating and reassured me that my unit will be prorated based on use, which put my mind at ease for me to enjoy the rest of my time away on holiday.

LifeStorage is an amazing place and the employees are always smiling (you know when you can tell when people wearing masks are smiling) and helpful. I've asked questions which later I determined to be unnecessary but the friendly staff answered my questions with politeness and respect.

Update: still using the services of LifeStorage and happily so. I decided it would be good to visit storage before the end of weekend and Christmas fell on a Saturday, on Christmas night I snuck in a quick trip to storage before dinner and didn't even need to wait to enter ;-)

Kasia was courteous and helpful when we signed up for our storage. The storage is clean and you need a code to drive in and out. We had the storage for about 3 months and didn’t need it as we found a bigger place to store our stuff. Jerry was courteous and helpful when we closed our storage. Would definitely recommend this storage.

Absolutely great. Don't fall for other storage companies in town that can't wait to take your belongings. Sometimes a walk to find a push cart but the staff is great and friendly. Working elevators too.

Location is everything the business on hualapai, is great the one off of maul near grand canyon I would stay away from not secure .

Best Experience!! I was dreading the whole process but Rick made the sign up so easy and comfortable! A bullish guy came in the wait area thinking he could interrupt and jump a line with 3 women in it - Nope! Rick diplomatically sent him packing. I felt protected and well cared for. We all did. Kasia is most patient and pleasant! I highly recommend this location.
