they never have carts,the elevator has been down for a few days,a email would have been nice since we have no access to our stairs since we only have “by appointment manager” called customer service,they said they’d have a manager give me a call back within 48hrs they didn’t nor did the actual location manager,soo i’m paying for a storage unit i can’t have access to?i can’t even remove my stuff to cancel at this point,don’t put a sign saying “use stairs” when there’s 0 way to access said doors if a manager isn’t there
Automation is great when it works, absolutely abysmal when it doesn't. Nobody there to help with issues, a normal issue. Elevator not working so good luck to anyone not on the first floor. Never enough carts and if they're left in an adjacent building, well, tough luck then. All these recurring issues lead to customers not having access to their storage units and many wasted hours of the day in loading and unloading of materials meant for the units. Do better or charge less.
Not ADA friendly. Elevator is not working. Notice should have been be sent to storage unit contacts on 2nd & 3rd floors to inform elevator is not working. I was only able to call to order a new unit, but unable to select an option to speak with the property manager (option 3 or 5). Also, the air does not work in bldg A. As a disabled vet, requested to be moved to a lower floor. Unacceptable, but Public
Storage is collecting everyone’s payments and opening new accounts. A credit should be given for not having a fully operational facility in which people pay to access.
Elevator broken, no directions to staircase. Spent 10 minutes, going around the building to find the exit. It’s a Friday in the afternoon, no one was in the office. Wasted my time, gas, and energy.
Honestly, one of the best storage places I’ve used ever. Everyone is super helpful and everyone is always in a good mood. Joseph, particularly Was always super helpful with any questions I had and went above and beyond to help me. If I ever need storage again, I will definitely come back to this location

This company is a scam. I called today to reserve a storage for May, the sales rep called Marian sent me a rental agreement dated 4/15 and told me that customer service was going to change my move in date. When transferred to customer service they told me that this wasn’t possible and I could only get a partial refund
I have had a very good experience at public storage because of one of their employees, Joe who has not only made me feel welcome by checking on me every time I am there and he is always kind and smiling. He does a fantastic job and without him It wouldn't be the same. ! Very seldom does a company have great and personable employees now days that make you want to stay ;)

Worst customer service experience. Unhelpful staff if you can even get in contact with a staff member. There is no one in the office to help, you have to make an appointment. Also, there is supposed to be a cart that you can use during office hours and they have it locked up so I had no access to it. Also, the cost of the storage units there are astronomical and they keep raising the price. I’ve moved my stuff to another storage facility and I’m saving 80%
This is one of the worst services, please think carefully before anyone goes

Brian was fantastic he was able to help me with my lock issue. It was my first day here and also his and he was tremendous help showing me how to use the app on the phone to open the gate and he also showed me to my locker and fixed my lock issue. I recommend him for anything thank you so much !

Shelly was a BLESSING like seriously!!! I was under a lot pressure, moving in 110 degrees, kids and dog... My mind stopped working... There were glitches in the system preventing me from moving forward with the transfer process😵.. Buttttt Shelly was a instant RELIEF, very pleasant, understanding and efficient! The regional manager was also a blessing she helped me prior to this situation and flew in with angel wings to help again!!!! I highly recommend this public storage units are clean, safe and the staff is amazing... You never know how much a smile and understanding will bless someone's chaotic day!!!

Customer service was great! Joe was extremely helpful. He helped me figure out what size unit I needed. He also made sure to tell me about their promotions to ensure I get the best price possible. After a stressful move across the country he made things a lot easier.

It says online "skip the office" but yet I have to verify my ID EVERYTIME in the office. I NEEDED into a unit YESTERDAY. Went to a public storage in person and was told they couldn't help me because they were waiting for a 4oclock appointment (it was 4:07 and no one else was in there). Told me to do it online. I explained that every time I do it online I need to show an ID in person.. He said I would be fine and I wouldn't have to go into the office. Fast forward, here we are the following morning and I still can't get into the unit I rented online. I need to go to the office to verify my ID. I have other units with public storage so not sure why you still need to verify EVERY time. I'm very behind now on what I need to do now.

We love that it is a new storage facility but hate that the access hours until complete is limited. It makes it very complicated to load up.

Unfortunately zero stars is not an option. This is the 3rd time here at the office so I can pick up keys to access my unit. No one is ever ever at the office. I was told to make an appointment so someone can be at the office when I arrive. Here I am with appointment but no one at the office again! What a joke! The employees, the management and dedication the business and operators. I would recommend going to the other 3 facilities nearby for better service, value and experience!

Closes at 8pm, other storage places close later, got locked in one night
If I could put a zero I would, they sell your property without even giving you an auction date, $300-$400 for monthly storage, fine better prices else where in vegas 👎👎👎

4.9 out of 5 stars so effectively 5 stars. Place is clean and storage is nice and cool inside. .1 stars off because the sensor for when you first enter (when lights are off) seems to be pretty far into the hallway. We had to walk a bit of a ways off (the door had since closed) before the lights turned on. So yeah, we were in darkness for a good few seconds lol.
A very easy rental for the size I needed. Office very nice. Would recommend this storage unit
