I needed a storage unit and found a great deal online at Public Storage on Riley St (near 215 fwy). I met with Trina, who is the property manager, and she helped me secure a unit that suited my needs. Trina was very welcoming, polite, and answered all my questions and also explained how downloading the app made things a lot easier --- paying bills, able to open gate with phone, etc. The property itself was very clean and seemed secure. Both buildings were locked at all times and require a separate key code for access. Additionally, unit renters from one building are not allowed entry to other building, another layer of security. They also have flatbed hand trucks available for use at each building. Overall, I'm happy with the service I received and feel this is a clean and secure location, I highly recommend.

STOP. Run away, do not rent from this place if the customer service representative (TRINA) accurately presents the values of this company, it totally lacks integrity. Never mind they upsell the lock you have to purchase from them, or the admin fee, but when asked what the monthly fee would be after the initial period she flippantly said it could go up 30 or 60 dollars, she had no idea. I expressed that I don’t feel that was ethical. She was rude, condescending, lacking in any type of people skills whatsoever. Told us that we didnt have to rent from there and leave but our card was hit and she wouldn’t offer us a refund. We asked for a corporate number and all we got was a number that routed us back to her voicemail.

I’m new to Vegas and I needed a storage unit to house all my unused things and I found this location on Google and the person that helped me. Her name is Sandra and she was very helpful. She help me look at the storage unit. She gave me all the pricing. She gave me all the information that I needed to make a choice if I wanted to pay in the store or if I wanted to pay online, she told me that the online prices were much better than the in-store Sandra was a really big help for me. She made it very easy for me to get a storage. She made it so easy that I was able to go in before I went to work. Look at the storage purchase storage and still get to work on time she was amazing thank you Sandra. So I was able to get my errands done in a timely matter on a Saturday so I didn’t have to postpone any errands because everything was done that day. Amazing.

Trina is TOP NOTCH! The place is clean, new and very easy to navigate. Trina makes the entire process a breeze. I highly recommend this as a go to place for storage.
The manager is great here and keeps the place super clean. She is very helpful and helped direct us to the best storage location size for our large move from California. Great local place in Centennial Hills if you need a local place for storage. Just off the 215 and North 95 intersection in Northwest Las Vegas, take Durango exit, across the street from Centennial Hills Hospital.
Had a wonderful experience at public storage. The units are climate controlled and the property is very clean. I had the pleasure of meeting a friendly staff member named Trina. She was more then helpful and went above and beyond. She was very professional and friendly.
