I was a satisfied customer until 6 months in and rent gets hiked 50$ and then 5 months later another 50$. Second time I wasn't even notified about the increase in rent. So I struggled to get my stuff out in two days. Im would not recommend this place. Unless you want to get charged more. 2 times a year your rent goes up. Very upset I have to move out and find another place. Such an inconvenience. Thanks for the horrible service.
Called because for some reason they didn't charge me like usual, waited on the phone for an extremely long time with no answer after the machine gave me options, nobody picked up, don't know how to pay them for my rental space

They informed me my unit had been broken into and then later informed me that they had deleted all of the video footage that could have helped. The guy even told me that, apparently, they had a large number of breakins and did nothing about it for months. Incompetent, negligent staff and I think the thieves have realized they have no security or cameras.
Very happy going into second month of renting. I did online booking and set everything up prior to showing up. The staff is very friendly and helpful with questions. The facility is clean and appears safe. The only issue I have is that the light in my 30' deep unit does not work.

The site has been good with easy access. I am not too please abut rate changes to existing customers. It looks like new customers get a much better deal than the customers that have been there for many years.

My storage unit lock was cut while storing things at this location. Other than notifying me, the staff have been completely useless in resolving anything. There are no cameras and they have no ability to remotely determine who stole all my expensive things. This storage facility is not safe and the security is terrible. Go elsewhere.

Maybe my 3rd review ever. But I really think this will help someone.
Went to pick up my trailer and someone took a grinder to my padlock and got in. I’m extremely lucky my generator wasn’t in there, (usually is) it was the only thing worth stealing. Took the severed lock to the office with only a disappointing response. Said I would have to file a police report for him to even take a look, nothing stolen so not even worth my added effort.
Didn’t even offer to replace my lock.
Rent at your own risk.
It was a good experience. My car was safe and the front desk was really helpful. The place was clean and there was plenty of room to turn around in the driveway.

Very positive experience here. The lady behind the next was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. We had to come back a couple of days in a row, and she remembered us each time, and helped answer all of our questions. Made the entire process very easy. We were in the middle of a stressful move, and she definitely helped make the experience survivable!

On Friday I came into public storage a whole mess , scattered brained from all the moving fast I was doing trying to get the storage and my own rental truck , Mr.Jim was extremely helpful he quickly assisted me in getting my storage unit together even tho I was super and I mean beyond late for the reservation Mr.Jim was by far the best person to assist me there it was fast and easy . My phone was dead and he even helped me with a charge and turned on his own person hotspot so I could unlock my card on my phone that had no service on it . Just and amazing experience and a great human.

Jim was amazing! Great costumer service. Answered all of our questions. Was able to give great details about the size of the unit. My husband and I walked in and had no idea what size unit to get. Jim asked about the amount of items we would storage in the unit. Figured out a size that would fit our needs, and even took the time to show us the unit! When I say professionalism I mean professionalism! He showed us how to close the unit, lock the unit, open gates and explained the monthly payment. What a great experience!

We had an issue signing up online so we decided to come in person to the office and Jim was excellent to assist us! He helped us out immediately. He showed us the size of the storage and made sure it was the right one for us. He also helped us sign into the app and showed us how to enter and exit the property. Jims assistance and attitude is rare to find these days with everyone always in a rush "helping you out" especially it being the holidays. He made this a great experience. Thanks Jim! Cant wait to store our stuff and finally have our home garage back!
