Hey these guys are super shady. They don’t tell you nothing. They just start raising your rent without saying anything if you’re on auto pay you better watch out ridiculous
Renting a10*10 that’s not actually 10*10 there’s no ac when clearly these ac units there and they close way to early the only reason I got this storage unit it is a lot closer to where I live but I’ll definitely be looking for another unit somewhere else
First place I went to which it was close to my job it was very convenient for me everything went so well so happy. The lady that helped me (Jennifer) she was so amazing and patient and explained everything to me so well so nice friendly. She made my experience there worth the time thank you public storage and Jennifer 🤗
I am an online person. I love the flexibility of being able to do ANYTHING I need online. I rented a 5x10 unit at a very reasonable cost, no need to interact with a live person. All of this was done same day. I get to the unit and it is not 5x10, it’s actually 4x8 with no overhead space, very tight and cramped quarters. Bummer for me, but again, this was all done site unseen with zero hum interaction. Not really a complaint, just an observation - don’t be deceitful in the description of the storage space. If you’re upfront about its limitations the right person will rent it.

The black boy Dominique was very helpful, help me locate my storage unit unload and load my truck as well as clean up trash I don’t need anymore, pointed me to the direction of the restrooms as well as selling me a good lock and putting it on my new unit I appreciate the great customer service Dominique we need more like u above an beyond!
I’m happy the The customer service was a very nice helpful. I was getting the smallest compartment, but then I realized it was too small and they actually just give me another one at the moment with no questions. They just updated and I think that was very nice.
Cool customer service place always clean just hate that almost everytime I come there are no dolly's to use.

I hadn't been able to get into my unit for THREE DAYS !!!! .The whole building out of order system elevator I can't go upstairs and I don't live in Nevada.How can i get my things no one is available??? I'm seeing reviews but when I get there no one is there .Now I'm out the state and still can't get any service. I waited till 10 am for someone to show up
My friend rented a spot there because of a deal they offered and location near her new place. Security was a concern because of an incident that occurred and the video was accidentally erased by an employee. This is an incident that should be investigated and resolved quickly but should never have happened. As a result I appreciated the climate control and nothing else.
The girl there she's pregnant with bed attitude she should not work there she got mad for only asking questions

Lots of room. In fact, there’s so much room that a girlfriend could steal your car and put it in one of these bigger units. There is still enough room to completely open the doors and even work on it to get it started for removal. Fantastic place and the people are awesome.

No one is answering the phone but my husband is in charge of the account.Every time we try to get a hold of them they are not answering the phone .
They continued increasing monthly charges that started at about $50 and went to about $250. Worst of all when I moved out, the property manager didn't like that as I was leaving with my last load at the 5 o'clock closing time, I left behind a single item that couldn't fit in my car. I couldn't come back to get it because they were closing and I was otherwise all moved out. Her response -- she locked herself inside of her office and refused to open the gate while I was demanding her to do so. She had deactivated my gate code. I'm in my mid-60's and my heart started pounding. I yelled to her that I would call the police to free me when, fortunately, someone else drove up and opened the gate.
I never once told public storage to auto pay my storage fee on the 1st of the month I don't even get my check until the third I'm not one to check text messages but when I did I'm having a lien put on my unit I can't pay because it's to much I'm on a fixed income so therefore I'm getting me a lawyer
6 to 6pm. Bad hours people, Thats exactly when everyone works. Other than that its ok. Omg! Hours are worse now 9:30 to 5 on the weekend!??! Your killin me

I've had this storage unit for about 4+ years. And at first they did a pay increase once every year year and a half. But in the last year and a half they have given me three increases in rent. I started paying one 60 something when I first started, now they want $325 a month! I am working on getting my stuff out of there and then public storage could go screw themselves!

Frankly I’m frustrated every time I try to call the location at 38 N.Lamb Blvd.
Anytime over the past 2 months whenever I tried calling this location, doesn’t matter morning, afternoon, evening no one ever picks up the phone.
Frankly I don’t why Public Storage even bothers to have a phone or pay the bill at this point, doesn’t matter how times you push #4 office manager never picks up.
The only reason why I’m even rating this joint higher than 1 star is because the last time I was in there I met the office manager.
I don’t know her name, but she was really friendly, good customer service.
She is a young darker black woman, really attractive and pretty in her 20’s I would say.
Anyhow as I said earlier though her customer service was on point, other than her I’m sorry but I just don’t think of anything else positive about 38 N.Lamb.

The rental was easy. I needed a storage space and I got one is all I can say.

Prices are low, but the lot is very small. Office hours are even shorter than gate access hours, which are ridiculous to start. The employees treat nearly everyone with disrespect and refused to even do my lease in person, contrary to published company policy. They seem to never be open and buying their insurance is mandatory.
Very helpful staff was pleased at how fast and easy it was to reserve a unit online way cheaper too then in person!
Definitely wouldn't recommend this place. I got stuck on the property trying to unload my u-haul. They said they were closed and asked us to leave the property. I had to pay to keep the uhaul for an additional day. Why close at 5pm I should have 24 hour access to my items. I'm very upset

She really went above and beyond by showing me how to open the storage as I totally forgot and have some disabilities. Horrible place, first the website says it opens at 6 am but we waited till 9:45 before anyone even showed up to open the gate. Your belongings are not safe there at all right now the gate is broke so they don't do anything to keep people out. When the lady from another store finally did show up even though there was someone sleeping in the building she wanted me to back out my truck and trailer onto lamb so that she could park, I explained that this was majorly dangerous and she just sat in her car, finally the lady that lived there came out and opened the gate. I guess that hang over messed her up a little. The reason we are moving out of there is because they continuously raise the rates and it is different for each unit although they are the same size. The worker even said that there are different rates online compared to what they charge. Our storage was raised $65 and our neighbors was raised $22. Bottom line do not use this place it will not protect your stuff or your rates will raise without notice
The lovely lady at the lamb location in Las Vegas NV was so super nice, her name is Keeley. I was just having a terrible year but she made this part just a little less hard
So I just came by to pay my monthly payment. Keeley was the one to help me out and she was amazing a really good help!!!
