Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 465 S Main St, West Creek, NJ

Went in here today 4/25/2025 to rent a storage spot for my son. Vicki was amazing!!!!! Went above and beyond- very clean storage facility! Vicki went out of her way to help me-

Vicki was great! Very helpful & thourough. Although I've always beenvery independant, ive found myself in a position of greater need of help in theses last few years of life than I'd ever dreamed I would. I'm the giver and caretaker. It seems life has placed me kn another role and said "suck it up" you'll learn how to ask for help if it kills ya. Well... I live 360 miles away, am in my 60's, living with a life changing disability & my partner of 45 yrs has dementia.we couldn't be sadder having to leave the beautiful state that's been home for us this past 25yrs, reality is, we just cant be here alone any longer. Safety first. While small in #'s, we are so grateful for the family we have. Blessed we absolutely are. They have our backs, are here forever us and are willing to help. It just happens to be NJ that they live in. Soooo, I bought a Condo in a 55 & up 3 miles from the best brother & sister in law in the world & will soon begin the next chapter. It's the kindness of strangers that can really make a difference. The entire moving process is so overwhelming. Every piece matters. Vickie who manages the public storage units where I'll be needing to use to house some of our things as we begin this new adventure has been just that. KIND. I appreciate you, the information you've past on, your patients, understanding & I look forward to meeting you in person when we are finally physically there. 👍 & 5⭐️'s. Public storage in west creek is the best. The managers are helpful and responsive. I lost the keys to my unit and the manager helped me handle the process very smoothly even though I was almost two hours away. Your belongings will be safe here and you will be very pleased with the customer service provided.

The facility is modern and it's nice. But the app is horrendous. The app does not work to open doors, and the large bay exit door does not work properly. At one point, my car was locked in the bay. The access doors and the app need a lot of work; it's disappointing.

The app to unlock the doors is awesome to have, but it's very temperamental. It's hard to get it to open the correct door sometimes. The place itself is great. For the size and length of time, we need it is well worth it. The unloading garage is very helpful.

Expensive and gets more expensive all the time. It is clean and neat for the most part now they've added a keypad in order to exit. I think it might be a code violation

Public recently took over 'Extra Space' storage immediately raised the rates, terms and did not honor existing Extra Space agreements.

This was first time I used a storage facility so I was apprehensive. The ladies at the front desk were incredible each time I needed them for my 4 month rental. Thank you for that. The facility is in great shape and I recommend that location to anyone. Again, thanks to each of the ladies attended who helped me tremendously. .

Facility is almost new and very well maintained. Front desk staff is always pleasant and helpful. Highly recommended.

More elevator issue than i cared for, also the gate access on phone was sometimes difficult

Office hours claim they are open till 6pm. Arrived at 4pm sign on the door said be back at 5. Came back at 5 they removed the sign and door was still locked. Guess people just do whatever now
